βI have used Fixit a number of times and the service has always been first class. Reg knows exactly how to explain what needs to be done and his pricing is always sensible. An awesome customer experience. Thank you again. Phillβ
βVery helpful and friendly staffs, conveniently located, nice shopping experience.β
βHandy for parts, but may need to order in advance, even for basic items like fuses. Update: I passed it last week, looks like it may be closed down?β
βApart from selling stationary (Yes! Ryman sell stationary, unheard of right!!) this Ryman has a Western Union Counter. Unlike some of the smaller shops who just tell you theirs is broken or they don't have any money, this WU works! This review will be focusing on my experience in this store with WU. The staff knew what they were doing (which is more than the other shops I tried) and the whole process of receiving funds was simple. Staff were polite and the store was very clean and tidy too. There were a few folk loitering about near the enterence awaiting their vice but the store can't help this. I would recommend Ryman as a Western Union store and the sheer range of stationary available is mind blowing. Who knew you need more than a pen, pencil and ruler!β
βThese guys are the best! So helpful and friendly, only took about 5 minutes from walking in and walking out with a perfect mattress. They listened to my budget, offered excellent advice and didn't try to over sell. I won't go anywhere else for my beds from now on.β
βGreat brands, good prices, friendly and helpful staff. Iβve used the website and the shops now. Both have excellent customer service.β
βLovely family run business based in an old milking parlour on a restored farm. The shop provides good quality food including local produce, some organically grown, as well as traditional cuts of meat and handmade ready prepared products. The shop also offers fruit and vegetables, beautiful bread, a variety of cheeses and deli produce. There is also a section of the shop given over to beverages, both alcohol and non alcohol. Wonderful little shop, with frozen goods too - absolutely lots to see. It's a little bit more expensive than your usual supermarket but greater quality.β
βGood prices, nice friendly staff. Easy to park up and grab your stuff. David Bloor is always bang on! We've ordered a lot of items from this branch recently and it always arrives in good condition and on time if we choose delivery. Delivery staff always smiley and helpful too!β
βStaff were extremely friendly and informative when explaining what was happening during the consultation and eye examination. Made to feel welcomed and I'll be happy to reschedule another appointment in the futureβ
βVery friendly and helpful staff. Minimal waiting and very efficient. No pushy sales and great selection of good value frames to select from if needed. Fast turnaround on new glasses ordered also.β
βGreat big store with a variety of productsβ
βA great shop with a top selection of quality frames staffed by an exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team with a positive attitude towards making sure everything is right and you're happy with your purchase. My eyes had changed substantially since my last test so it took a couple of goes to get the new lenses right but nothing was too much trouble. It's not a cheap place but you get what you pay for in quality and service.β
βSurprisingly well stocked. Very reasonably priced too. Staff are helpful too, which is always a big plus for meβ
βGreat bar with a great selection of drinks served in a Trendy Market food hall in crewe town, it's a friendly, clean and comfortable environment and all the staff are welcoming. Plenty of large table, great for group nights out or a quick bite to eat and a few drinks before visiting the lyceum theatre next doorβ
βOK I am British but I love this shop. Different foods, great prices and friendly staff. Excellent..β
βI think since we moved here we are very impressed with the range and prices I have read a review that had me in stitches a lady saying staff were hitting her and told her to get out because she took a paper down I can not see any shop attacking a customer I'm sure if this did happen there would be police and witnesses... laughable...staff are lovely friendly and helpful not many places left where you find staff smiling and being helpfulβ
βThe food was amazing, we was lost, so we did have a nice meal and drink from here. It was really niceβ
βVery good products, and very reasonable pricesβ
βI love this home Bargain it has great staff and everything I need for me little dog ectβ
βWe can honestly recommend your staff at the Stafford store. The young lady Holly was knowledgeable and eager to ensure we had every opportunity to try a number of mattresses before making our decision. She was very helpful and welcoming and made the visit a pleasant relaxed experience which then culminated in the purchase. I would happily recommend this store and products. The delivery was equally a good experience and the men gave us a short talk on care of the mattress each week. Excellent. Thank you. Barbara Evansβ
βVery nice staff who were quick to ask me what I needed and were very much on the ball with what those requirements would entail. They are also rather anecdotal which shows a passion for outdoors activity and a practical know-how. The shop is also very well organised with a clear presentation of the different sections of items which means a quick shop is possible if you're needing to grab some essentials (which is something reflected in many Millets/Blacks outdoor shops). This shop also offers a student discount which is a massive help considering the costliness of certain items. All in all, a very handy shop which is well kept and well organised: I can't fault itβ
βTop class service staff very helpful part came next day.β
βWe drove past this place million times and never noticed it untill today. We were really surprised how lovely the place look (despite rundown neighbourhood). The building looks lovely both inside and outside. Jacket potato and the sandwich was really tastyβ
βNumber plates made as you wait. Good service.β
βWe were not sure what we wanted, I am over 70yo, but Lewis soon put us on the right track with the special comfort testing mattress. To complete things we also bought a Sofa bed.Really impressed.β
βMy washing machine stopped working just before New Year. I rang Spectrum as I'd had them out before when it was Fenton Domestics. They came out the same morning. Β£35 call out fee. The power pack had gone. It was a Hotpoint washer. I'd had it for 15 years so it had lasted well. Made in Great Britain (on the front). So I wanted a similar model by Hotpoint. I rang Spectrum and they said they had them in. They sent a photo of a similar machine to my old one. Made in the UK. I went to the Spectrum shop that afternoon and had a look. The staff were very helpful and I decided to have the Hotpoint model. They said they could deliver and fit it that afternoon. Only Β£25 to fit it and take the old one away So they came soon after I arrived home. The two men fitted it very quickly (just waiting while I cleaned the floor). I'm really happy with my new washing machine! The service was excellent and I can definitely recommend Spectrum.β
βGreat shop and staff but the oatcakes which used to be really good are now awful and same goes for the sandwiches. You know those terrible bacon bits type oatcakes, well they're those and they taste really bad. Still a great shop though.β
βFriendly staff and great service. Good selection of products in stock and available next day.β
βFrequently collect my prescriptions from there all the time, the new team manager and pharmacist seem great and they are really approachable. The rest of the team are professional as well. Always noticeably clean and tidy. They take time to help patients and have recently offered lots of new things like ear cleaning and health checks, good communication when prescriptions readyβ
