“An easy 5 star. Found A&A services through a warranty repair on a vehicle I'd just purchased. Where the dealer was arrogant, reluctant to deal with the issue, and impossible to get a hold of - Nigel aas never more than a call away, called me as soon as there was an update, kept the car overnight for me, and reassured me at every point where the dealer wouldnt. Even carried out extra checks on the engine when I had revealed some information about my breakdown that the dealer kept quiet. I'll continue using A&A for the foreseeable and recommedning them too. “One of the headlights on my car wasn't working despite having a new bulb fitted at Halfords. I was told by the team at Halfords that it was an electrical fault and they recommended that I find a local mechanic. I took my car to GMH auto who were able to diagnose it as just being incorrectly installed and had it sorted in about 5 minutes. Charged me less than the price of a cup of coffee too. I can't recommend them highly enough, not just beacause of their efficiency but also there honesty. The mechanic at GMH could have easily attributed the fault to a complicated electrical fault and I would have accepted it, paying whatever to get it sorted but the mechanic did not and for that, I am grateful.”

“My car broke down and after having it towed to there garage they got it back to me within 3 days after fitting water pump and can belt. Always been reliable and nothing ever too much despite the fact I give them very little notice when I want something doing.. Great lad's and Emma is just as good x”

“i am responding to a review left by John Swift, please do not make up lies, your daughter was advised, regarding the vehicle and was never told she could not take the car ever, she actually left the garage laughing and joking, we take our customers safety first and foremost. if you also look at genuine ABS Pump part it can actually be anything from £400.00 to £500.00, i did explain that we will never fit second hand parts to any vehicle, our customers safety is first and foremost. to say the things you have said is deformation of character we are and will always be honest and trustworthy. with reference to all that we have actually taken care of your vehicles for over 15years the only thing we can presume is that maybe you were having a bad day. we are not in this to rip people off, we take pride in giving 100% all of the time.”

He even cleaned up the contact surfaces on the wheels and hub as well as removing tyre soap and dirt marks. I dropped my vehicle off at the requested time 1pm and was told it would be ready late afternoon the following day. I called about 3pm and was told it would be ready just after 4. I arrived at 16:10 and there it was all nice and clean and as good as new. Fantastic job at a very good price, I will be back again at some point for my bonnet to be redone due to stone chips. “Phone my insurance company after the chain snapped on my motorcycle tonight (Bank Holiday weekend) and they immediately dispatched Craig out to come and recover me and my bike to my home address. Great guy and great service, loaded the bike onto the flatbed with a proper motorcycle dolly and tension straps, then had a good chat all the way home. Happy to recommend them to any biker caught out and in trouble.”
