“Just spent an amazing weekend there, visiting Alton Towers. Jo is a wonderful host, full of information and super dedicated to her guests. The rooms were super clean, the bathroom is spacious, and the views are beautiful, especially if you're into the whole British countryside thing. The breakfast is also nice, with great homemade Staffordshire oatcakes and local jam. Will definitely come back next time I'm at Alton Towers.”

“I used E2V for the first time the other day and ordered a Obs t-vct tank. The website is so simple and easy to use that it made the order very quick and enjoyable. The items packing was very clean, tidy and well protected and on top of all this I ordered it with 2nd class delivery as I was in no hurry thinking it may take about a week but no.... incredibly it arrived in about 1 and a half days!!! “I came here yesterday to buy a new mattress. The lady in the store was very helpful and made good suggestions of which mattresses to try out and knew which ones I would like by my reaction. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and could tell you how they work, how many springs etc. I will try update when the mattress arrives. They also do free delivery, free mattress removal and deliver on Saturdays too, which was handy for me.”

“Beautifully kept gardens with a free roam walking trail. Deceptive as it looks quite a small area but there are so many paths and different areas to explore. Many different themed areas too to keep the interest. The dahlia walk is superb. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing store with really helpful staff! My husband and I visited a few pram shops a couple months ago and as first time parents were overwhelmed with the choice and trying to figure out what was good value for money. In all the other pram shops we went to the staff were really unhelpful, didn't really know the answers to our questions and couldn't take us through a demo of the prams, we left with more questions! Well when we walked into premier baby we were greeted with a smile and the gent who runs the shop was so helpful without being pushy or patronising, he explained everything to us and took us through a few different options until we found the pram for us! This was a few months ago, we went back in yesterday to order it and he remembered us and exactly what we had been looking for. Can't recommend enough, don't get service this good very often anymore but the shop runner here really knows his stuff, is friendly and approachable but doesn't pressure you into anything. Will be returning for other baby items, thank you Premier baby!”

“Very picturesque reservoir with wonderful wooded pathways around it. Its about a leisurely 2hour hike for a complete circuit. Lots of wildlife to see. The car park is free however only holds about 25 cars so fills up quickly on hot summer days. We waited 15 minutes in our car for a space to become available. Easy to find. Well worth visiting for some exercising.”

“A superb roller coaster themed around breakbeat and falling into a hole. The sensation is excellent, and it's the fastest ride in the park so you really feel it! A MUST ride unless you HATE mysterious holes and good genres of music.”

“My daughter has been coming to Hannah for swimming for about a year now. When she first started she was unsure but Hannah and her staff were extremely reassuring and helped my daughter to settle. Since then she has come on leaps and bounds. She loves her swimming lessons and is now a confident swimmer without armbands and floats. All the staff are very patient and clearly care about the swimmers in their care. The extra mermaid classes in the school holidays are great fun. Excellent communication and clearly expectations in terms of payment of fees and holding of places. Definitely recommend.”

“My dog Dottie absolutely loved her stay here. She is a Romanian rescue so has her quirks but from the moment I stepped into the kennels I knew she was going to be so well looked after. Clean, spacious, genuinely caring staff who want what’s best for your pup. I was able to go and settle her in her kennel as well which was really nice. The updates online were amazing and definitely provided peace of mind when I was away. I even got a WhatsApp video sent through which was a lovely surprise and my dog genuinely looked like she was having the time of her life! We’ve used the facilities before for barn hunting and we will also be starting to use the secure fields in the future as well for some off-lead practice. The price you pay with it being ever so slightly more expensive than others in the area is so worth the care that your dog will get. I wouldn’t hesitate to send Dottie here again. Thank you all so much x”

“Fantastic free place to visit and walk, always bump into dog walkers when we visit. It's great to give children freedom to run and let them choose the path of adventure. So lucky to have this not too far away from where we live. Another outdoor area of beauty free of charge with a place to park and good for runners too.”

“Went here for the North Pole express. We had a great time. The staff were all really friendly. A great experience for us and the kids. A small bag of treats on the train including port and mince pies for us and juice and cookies for the kids made the journey even better. The kids loved their gifts from Santa too; a well thought out gift for our kids ages. The elves on board made it fun, having a sing along and even a bit of magic which was great. All in all a really great experience and highly recommend it. We also had a drink in the bar after, mulled wine and a great selection of beers finished off with some tasty hot meat baps and pigs in blankets.”
