“Incredible service. I broke down and managed to get my car into the car park at this hotel. Dylan was working the night shift on reception and was so helpful. He was very helpful in getting me any help needed and when I eventually needed to book a room he got this sorted for me very quickly and even accommodated really well for my dog. Then when checking out in the morning, the lady on reception was also incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially for my dog once again. I just wanted to say thank you so much for being so kind and helpful when I was in a tight spot. The best experience I could have from the loveliest staff.”

“Good for walking dogs, there’s a large grassed area with benches around it ideal for picnics or kicking a ball about and on the far side there’s a kiddies play park with a slide swings & climbing frames.”

“Ordered our sofas from this store and we had the great pleasure of being served by James. James was absolutely incredible & his knowledge of every range, what the sofas are made out of and the aftercare is commendable. James was super patient with us (we were in the store for nearly 5 hours) he drew designs & our living room layout on his iPad to really help us visualise what the sofas would look like. James also has an incredible ability of mental maths so really helped us to understand how the sofas would fit & how much room we’d have either side etc. He also wasn’t afraid to say his opinion about weather he thought the sizing would look right (as we were thinking about a bigger sofa) - it’s a good job we listened to James as his expertise was right and a bigger one wouldn’t have fitted right. He also explained how in his spare time he researches ‘what’s on trend’ which actually have us the great idea of using our footstool (from the Oscar range) as a display table too. James is really passionate about what he does & made our experience so much easier! We now have two lovely sofas & a footstool from the Oscar range that fits perfectly into our living room and we’re very pleased! A huge thank you- James”

“Always go the extra mile for me. Great staff, great customer service. My only dig would be the layout. Crewe trade point and other around the country seem to be more trade focused with what they have in the trade point entrance/ exit.”

“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“I visited Priory Park a couple of months ago for an eyebrow wax. I was really happy with the treatment I received, my eyebrows were tamed and waxed into a great shape the procedure was virtually painless which was even more welcome than previous experiences at other salons. “This practice has improved dramatically over the last couple of years, so I think credit where credit is due. I needed to see a doctor quite a few times last year and very rarely did I not get an appointment on the same day or sometimes a telephone appointment if that was more suitable. The team of doctors seem really dedicated and always willing to go the extra mile. The receptionists are very helpful and pleasant. Well run and organized practice.”

“Amazing experience at this store. Very clean and tidy but the main reason for this review is due to the staff. They were all so polite and wonderful, especially Maggie and Alice who helped my fiancé and I set up our accounts with the PetsAtHome app which gave us access to discounts. They were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met and their level of customer service definitely went above and beyond expectations! I legitimately am looking forward to our next visit to this store in the future!”

“My cat had been hit by a car and fractured his pelvis. All staff encountered were caring and sympathetic. The vet was fantastic, I knew my boy was in very safe hands. Forever grateful for the care Salem received and will continue to receive as he recovers. We are extremely lucky to still have him and I owe that to the Stoke team.
