“Bought a bosch washing machine. from the moment we walked through the door Jon made us feel welcome not like the pushy salesmen you normally get he was so knowledgeable and helpful. “For the people of Werrington and surrounding areas, this is a traditional hardware shop, packing thousands of items into a relatively small space. They ALWAYS have what you need. They even do Calor gas refulls/exchanges for the BBQ. Stop going to B&Q, this place likely has what you need.”
“Had my kitchen design done by Beth from the Cobridge branch. She came to our house, measured up, took into account everything we would need and how everything would best suit us,gave advice on design and colours etc. After a few days, went into store and she had created an image for us which was great to see as it gave us a good visual idea of how it would look. Just waiting for delivery but so far so good..reasonable price too in the sale”
“We were lucky enough to have Mark answer the phone at the branch when we needed some help with copy invoices. Mark, you have excellent customer service skills and are an asset to this Jewson branch”
“Fabulous service from Shaun at B&Q Meir on 14th August 3025 who helped cut some wood to the size so I could put shelves in my small shed. He was most helpful and polite and I came home and fitted them perfectly. I didn’t have the right equipment at home to cut the wood myself so appreciated the help. Many thanks again Shaun”
“Great large B&Q. Much bigger than the one on festival park.”
“My daughter doing some work in her new garden. We needed a rotavator as quick as possible. Two knights in shining armour helped from the Pit Lane jewson. First person to speak to Ian helped me said they could get a rotavator to us by the afternoon. I asked him if he could get it to us as soon as possible and he did. Brilliant customer service. Delivered by Steve the driver what a lovely person. He showed my son in law how to use the rotavator and then left. Sadly we couldn't get it to work so we called Ian back and Steve was back with minutes sorting it out. Ten out of ten for customer service. Both members of staff deserve a pat on the back for the service we had today. Also many thanks to jewson Hanley who told me to contact Ian.”
“Good selection and very helpful staff. Remember your vehicle registration for the carpark security register just inside the main entrance”
“Very knowledgeable and good prices”
“Always go the extra mile for me. Great staff, great customer service. My only dig would be the layout. Crewe trade point and other around the country seem to be more trade focused with what they have in the trade point entrance/ exit.”
