“Good staff, great food this time around! Our whole party enjoyed the experience! Another visit, same excellent experience. Love coming here! 24 June 2023 Another visit but not so good this time. Below par food from the vegetarian menu with ingredients missing from the salad. Really quiet but the service was also a bit lacklustre. Ordered from the app at the table which is a worrying experience as it often tries to order the mains again when you add food was a little below par. 19 Oct 2024 Another visit with my father in law and although the bar and waiting staff were as excellent as always the standard of the food is dropping rapidly. So few flavoursome filling vegetarian options I reverted to fish and chips again and yet again the fish was overcooked (our last visit had the same problem and when asked by the waitress if it was alright was told by her several had been sent back that lunchtime). Is this a kitchen staffing problem or is the frozen battered fish they use just poor quality?”

“Our first visit here a czhange of location to meet with family, i read some reviews and was happy to change locations. We ordered 6 different meals, we did wait about 40 mins for service to arrive, a bit longer than I would have expected however we weren't disappointed the food arrived hot and was delicious. " i would recomend the pie " but in fairness all my family did enjoyed their choices, the staff were attentive throughout which was pleasing . I asked my family of their thoughts and it was thumbs up to return on our next get together.”

“Great retail park. Good shops, a decent coffee shop, petrol station and bus station too. We went 3.50pm on a Friday afternoon. A BIG MISTAKE. It was ok getting in a parking spot, fast forward and hour and twenty minutes, and it took 20 minutes to get to the exit. Once we had finally managed to exit the car park, it took 10 minutes to get back onto the A500 as the queue to get into the retail park, had totally clogged up all the routes off the entry and exit roads. A total nightmare for people coming to the retail park, however good shopping once there.”

“Daughter recommended this place so took her and my wife. They have a pretty good menu that caters for vegetarians as well, and the food did look very good. My daughter went for the curry platter, this was huge. My wife had the sizzling halloumi with sweet chilli sauce and I had the Barbacoa beef steak; these last two both came on the sizzling platters and they really were sizzling. The food was excellent. Really nicely presented and perfectly cooked. Way beyond my expectations. We also each had a sundae for dessert; salted caramel profiterole with chocolate ice cream, the Cadbury lover with chocolate ice cream and the lemon meringue. All came in large sundae glasses with loads of sauce and cream. Delightful meal, would recommend and will visit again.”

“Each time I have ordered from here, the food has been consistently amazing! As a fussy eater I struggle to find take out that offer healthy, vegitarian meals however this place has ticked those boxes. Upon delivery, the drivers are all friendly which is a huge plus. For anyone wanting to try something new then I'd highly recommend Loritos.”

“Nipped in for a couple of vegetable curries (try them). Really tasty , nicely presented and amazing value for money. Decided to eat in and was pleased with the nice friendly service. Bill for 2 of us came to less than £30 incl rice, naan and 2 small beers. Not bad eh?”

“Organised a festive menu party of 23. I & others cannot speak more highly of our satisfaction. One or two discrepancies with pre order but probably caused by ourselves with late changes. All amendments resolved without question & with an obliging smile. Food of the highest quality & service exceptional.. sincere thanks to your staff who were a credit to the hospitality sector. “I only stayed for one night and I was unfortunately trying to sleep in the annex, room number 40. The connecting doors between each of the rooms should be bricked up to ensure some sense of security and safety for anyone staying. This would also block out the noise experienced from the persons next door. I experienced very little sleep due to the people in the next room who would not shut up all night, music, talking very loudly, notifications ringing out very loudly on their phones and one of them who regularly went outside to smoke would cough and cough very loudly and wretch and spit through out the night. The hotel I accept is very old some of the profit from the hotel should be used to fix it up it is in great need of it. I heard on multiple occasions customers complain that their bed was broken and they had paid a great deal of money. On a positive side the staff are wonderful they deserve better surroundings to do their job. Anyone in the hotel business would snap them up. They are very nice people. The chef is excellent and has a beautiful soul. The owner needs to wake up and see what wonderful staff he/she has and start putting the profits back into the business before the building falls down around him/her. Thank you for the kindness shown to me by the staff they are very professional and deserve better.”

“We had an amazing long weekend break in Rome with family. Julian organised it all perfectly from the fantastic hotel in a great location to the private transfer from the airport. Highly recommend and will def use them again”

“Absolutely amazing staff/owners and just as equally awesome food. I went in for a breakfast baguette and it's a monster... I honestly don't want to eat anything else I'm that full. Fried mushrooms with pepper on them just makes it that cut above the rest. Next time I'm having EGG IN BREAD. I saw them make it whilst I was there and it has me interested to say the least. I would 100000000% recommend this place not just for the food but the amazing service. Love these two lovely ladies as they are the bringers of legendary food.”

“Good large-sized bar near to the cinema. On two levels with a special gin bar upstairs. It's roomy and you can generally find a table for you and your friends even at peak times on weekends. No great shakes in the beer selection but they have a huge selection of spirits and they make cocktails too. Food is also available.”

“Incredible service. I broke down and managed to get my car into the car park at this hotel. Dylan was working the night shift on reception and was so helpful. He was very helpful in getting me any help needed and when I eventually needed to book a room he got this sorted for me very quickly and even accommodated really well for my dog. Then when checking out in the morning, the lady on reception was also incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially for my dog once again. I just wanted to say thank you so much for being so kind and helpful when I was in a tight spot. The best experience I could have from the loveliest staff.”

“It's a cool, typical English pub. It's very common to see English older people drinking beer. Good staff, the only minus is that they close early. Large selection of alcoholic beverages, and the prices are the best”
