What really stood out was how they go above and beyond to help people. A lovely lady regularly came to check on us and offered us drinks, which was such a thoughtful gesture. One especially touching moment was when they offered someone to hold my mother's hand during the surgery — an act of pure kindness. You can truly feel that the staff are there because they care about helping others. They do everything with heart, compassion, and professionalism. I can’t thank them enough for making this experience so smooth and comforting for my mother.”

He had researched what I needed before my consultation, so was clear about what I could have at Muxton, and what I could have at the GP, which was helpful. I had my first vaccinations on Friday, and these were expertly given by Mohammad who put me at my ease beforehand. I had very little pain at the time of vaccination and have had no side effects. His follow up information has been as promised and I have my next appointment booked.”

“Having being fearful of dentists since a bad experience, I was encouraged by a friend to visit this practice, and I'm so glad I did. Jason was so understanding about my fear, and explained the whole process that he would go through to repair my teeth. I perform in front of people, so to have teeth in the condition that mine were was terrible, but they have now been fully restored, and I haven't felt a single bit of pain the whole way through. I had 6 appointments with Debbie the hygienist who gave each section a deep clean every time, a broken front tooth repaired, a root extraction and just one filling repaired and I'm not kidding when I say I didn't feel one bit of pain. On the first appointment, my hands were sweating and I nearly just walked out through fear, and I'm now at the point where I can't wait to back and have my teeth straightened to complete my smile. I cannot thank everyone in this practice enough for their patience and understanding with me, and for the true professionalism shown throughout. I would not recommend or go anywhere else.”

After researching, we found that Jill is one of only a few practitioners, that we could find, that will treat Children using the innovative and virtually pain free Swift System, as used by NHS at Alder Hey Children’s hospital. The results were stunning, our daughter’s feet have completely cleared of verrucas, all without the pain and discomfort of the alternative and much harsher methods. We are so happy with the results and would thoroughly recommend Jill for her highly professional and calming manner when treating children, it was always a pleasure for our daughter to visit.”
