“Fantastic gym. One of the best gyms ive ever trained at. No pressure to fight, no favouritism doesn't matter if you're a professional fighter, or there once a week to get fit, everyone is treated the same. The coaches are fantastic and so are the people. Very warming and welcoming gym with a range of lessons and coaches from K1 kickboxing, boxing, Judo, Bjj, MMA and cardio circuit training. The children's classes at the gym are packed and loaded with talented kids who allways leave with smiling faces. If you want your children to learn how to defend themselves and have fun whilst doing it, Can't recommend SCA enough.”

He had lessons at other pools but didn't like swimming teachers as they shout at him. But here they explain things to him he always comes out with smile..he doing so well in his lessons I Would recommend 100%”

Kim is absolutely excellent, very kind, patient and really caters to your individual needs. The horses are definitely well cared for and can tell they enjoy their job.
