“I am and have been a very nervous patient when it comes to visiting the dentist After quite a few bed and traumatic experiences over the years, I avoid them like the plague lol Having a phobia like this is very debilitating and when I had to make an emergency appointment, my stomach churned. I read the reviews on each dentist and awaited my call from 111. Panic set in when I found out where I was going...what do I expect??? Well, let me tell you The receptionist was lovely and easy to talk to The dental nurse was perfect Dr Gupta was BRILLIANT Yes I had a friend with me, but all of the team kept me feeling safe and calm Would recommend this surgery to anyone paying privately or via the NHS Thank you”

“Usually I don't need to contact the Dr's surgery but over the last 2 months I have had to phone 4 times. Each time the receptions have been amazing and really helpful. The first occasion I was provided with help and information over the phone and the other 3 times which is a recurring condition iv explained what's happening and they have got a Dr to contact me straight away. The call time can take a while but with so many people ringing what do we expect. I find as long as you are polite and respectful to them they will do everything they can to help. Everyone is stressed out and understaffed these days so a little understanding goes a long way.”

“I have only had to use the doctors twice but both times I have (Dr Harris and Dr Evans) the doctors have been absolutely fantastic. A lot of doctors surgeries get a bad rep but these doctors were both very polite, friendly, thorough and patient. When going to the doctors with my daughter, I usually come away feeling like I’m wasting their time, even though I’m not but at this surgery, I have not felt like that at all and I definitely thought it was worth a mention as people usually talk about the negatives but not positives. “I can't recommend Parkway Dental enough. As a needle phobic I bit the bullet and decided to have two extractions under general anaesthesia due to long NHS waiting lists.
