“I contacted the Automotive expert on a friday at 2 pm to ask for help. My ignition barrel had seized and the car wouldn't turn off for almost 20 minutes until I managed to turn it. So essentially the car was stuck and I couldn't go anywhere. I was contacted back about half hour later to say they have the parts and if they couldn't get to me that day they'd be out the following morning with a courtesy call before had to let me know they were on the way. Saturday 11am phone call and about half hour later they arrived. Very professional and quick. Sorted the job out. A warning light came on the dash. Investigated to make sure nothing was wrong. Quick test drive later light out car fixed. So grateful for such a quick turn around. I thought I could be without a car for weeks. Thank you again.”

“I've used this service for well over a decade, and they have always been honest, trustworthy, very reasonably priced and quick. I always sit and wait whilst they carry out the MOT, and it's usually done within 30 mins or so. I've only ever had to go back for a re-test once or twice when I'd failed to check my tires beforehand etc. I don't think you could ask for much more from an MOT service, so it's long overdue me leaving this review.”

“I brought in a pair of vintage Prada boots to be stretched and was advised that they needed to cut into the boot and add an elastic gusset. I was nervous because they said it was a difficult job, and would take quite some time. The team did the most phenomenal job! It looks beautifully neat and has been expertly done. It did take time but that was fully understandable considering the task. I was more than happy to wait and for it to be done properly, as opposed to them rushing and doing a sub par job. I thought, based off the work I have seen in reviews, it would be good but it completely exceeded my expectations. It also didn’t take as long as I expected (but it definitely took a while. To reiterate, that is much better than rushing and having a poor result). I will never take my shoes anywhere else to be fixed or altered. Totally worth the money. Thank you so, so much.
