“Pretty standard Witherspoon, except for the beet garden and covered smoking area at the back, and some of the staff that are pretty amazing such as one of the managers that's been there 26 years and the 'Try our Lager' wee model ;) the locals are all pretty friendly and the place runs like a well oiled engine.”

“Service was relatively quick and it was a decent atmosphere. With good 3 course food.. Credit to bartender/ waitress for rushing around to provide excellent service. She is credit to your restaurant and bar!”

“During our most recent visit we decided to stop at the food Hall, first time in years. We found the system to be very easy to follow, picking up your tray and following it round exploring the drinks and desert options before being served by staff at the hot counter. All staff were very helpful and served people very quickly so there not much of a wait to be served and pay. Good selection of condiments to choose from and large amount of cutlery available which is good to see. What caught my eye was the additional services provided for parents and children, there was a nursing area providing privacy for those who wished to use it. A bottle warmer and a microwave free to use to prepare babies bottles and food, this was lovely to see as it is inclusive for all. Will be visiting again.”

“This is a lovely cafe called Tapri, it's our first visit. There is a lovely atmosphere, and a well considered stylish mix off seating choices. The staff were pleasant, we decided to try their special offers of ..'Toasties, Panni or backed potato with filling and a drink for under £6.00. We both enjoyed our meal, one tried a 'Cheese and Tomatoe Toastie with brown bread and a Peppermint Tea'. Whilst l had a 'Ham and Cheese Panni and an English Breakfast Tea', it was really tasty and was served with a side salad with tortillas. We both enjoyed the atmosphere and meal. Therefore, we would both easily recommend it and would definitely return to this cafe again.”

“Aisles are wider than other stores so there is plenty of room for the disabled & infirm to shop. Shelves stocked on a regular basis & not too much a wait at the tills.”

“Went in for coffee and cake stop off whilst in town. We have specific dietary requirements and when I queried if there were any cakes that suited our requirements the staff were so helpful in checking items and even looking in the back for further cakes for us, coming out with a list of what was suitable. Great experience of staff who seem to want to genuinely help, and great cake!”

“Took the plunge and tried the new chippy, absolutely beautiful, the kids had mini fish, chips and curry sauce, the fish wasn't so mini, the wife and I tried the kebab meats absolutely beautiful, large overwhelming portions, well worth the money, had to wait a little bit for food but definitely worth the wait, everything was fresh and hot, nice the see the chippy in full swing and busy again. “I bought pie and chips from Skippys today and the chips were amazing! They were so soft and the pie was perfect! Crispy and piping hot in the middle! Can not recommend the food from this place enough! If you haven’t been yet you definitely need to try the food! They don’t disappoint and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! :)”

“Shopping at Donnington store today after a long time between visits. Travelling on escalator from Upper floor to ground my hubby who struggles with the effects of Parkinsons missed stepping off the escalator and fell. Two wonderful people who were behind us helped out and stayed with him while I paid for Shopping so I could get him home. The staff nearby were also very quick to respond were attentive and helped me complete my purchases through the checkout. I can't thank you all enough. Sorry I didn't get anyone's names.
