“I think this is a great gym. I hired Michelle as my Personal Trainer for 6 sessions. I was a total gym hater and didn't know what to expect from a PT. Michelle was wonderful she was patient yet challenging when I needed to be challenged. She keeps my sessions varied and is a real motivational trainer. Michelle has me running and planking which is amazing considering I am a novice. I now look forward to going.”

“Came here for Slim Chickens a few weeks ago. They didn't accept Slim Chickens vouchers off app so bear that in mind. But the service was brilliant. We went around 6pm. It wasn't too busy but busy enough. Got served after a few minutes, ordered what we wanted. Were advised coffee machine was broken. Ordered and had tea instead to drink and Fanta. Food came out in about 5 or 10 minutes to the table which was brill. Told them the tea pot was leaking everywhere and she said it's happened often and brought over the better tea pots they had. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back.”

We opted to try Tom's infamous 'No Ordinary Schoolboy' dessert too, that he created for the Great British Menu, inspired by the Bananaman cartoon. It was as fun and delicious as we'd expected it to be! The dining area was relaxed yet classy, and it was lovely to be able to see Tom and his staff at work in the open plan kitchen. “Authentic Caribbean food done vegan! The cakes at Leah's Place are wonderfully soft, you can't tell that they're free from. They offer great variety too, such as brownies, carrot cake, and raspberry and coconut cake. The hot meal options are lovely too, including Mac and cheese, mutton and rice and peas and salt fish fritters - all vegan, of course! Highly recommend.”

“After relocating to Wolves I was after a new local and came across Keg. Years have gone by and we pop in most weeks, as it offers everything you’d want and more. Everyone is welcome, old and new faces, and pups are allowed in. Lou & John behind the bar are really welcoming! There are loads of beers on, with regular changes, plenty of ciders - fruit, perry and plain, cocktails, fruit wines, bottled lagers for those who dont want the beer on tap. Non alcoholic choices. Lou will even make a cup of tea for my Mum. We bring our friends and family in and there is something for everyone. Then there are loads of snacks, crisps, pork scratchings, cheddars, sometimes grey peas and bacon, cheese rolls, nachos, the list goes on. The prices are reasonable, and when you compare to other places we could go, its cheap. My partner has also had beers elsewhere then retried them in keg where they taste better, because of how they are looked after and stored, so you’re also paying for quality. We hope to see you in Keg soon! Use it or lose it - that goes for all microbars in this current climate.”
