Very first Zorba experience with a birthday party but hope to go back again soon as the atmosphere was brilliant and the night was filled with music, dance and traditional plate smashing. “Authentic Caribbean food done vegan! The cakes at Leah's Place are wonderfully soft, you can't tell that they're free from. They offer great variety too, such as brownies, carrot cake, and raspberry and coconut cake. The hot meal options are lovely too, including Mac and cheese, mutton and rice and peas and salt fish fritters - all vegan, of course! Highly recommend.”

“Very nice modern bistro with lovely welcoming staff, knowledgeable waiters and great food. Beef burger was amazing with a lovely dry aged taste and excellent beef patty. Nice quality bun. Overall very good meal for £17, a bit pricy but you taste the quality. Keen to return for the steak. Decent wine selection also.”

“Delicious chicken shawarma made with homemade chips, veggies to your preference and the option of 4 different sauces (mayo, garlic mayo, tzatziki and an orange one, I can't remember the detail). There's only one size, price £7. Would have given 5 stars for the food had the chicken been slightly more 'grilled/browned' and if there was an option for tahini sauce. Great presentation/packaging, too, easy to eat.”

“This was a very surprising find.. by the name you would think it's just a sandwich shop but is in fact a quaint little restaurant with some really great tasting Romanian food.. I had the platter for two and everything was just fabulous, I cannot fault anything. The meat was well seasoned, well cooked, tender and tasted absolutely fabulous. Family members had chicken, skewers, ribs and burgers and no one complained. Even my picky son ate the crispy chicken kids menu with mash, really nice mash by the way. I would definetly recommend going here. The service is good, we did have to wait quite a bit for the food but everything is cooked fresh to order and it tastes that way to. I will definetly be returning here.. I'm always looking for a nice little place to eat when in town that is not the same old place and this might be it. The pictures are not great as I was so hungry by the time the food came so kinda started and remembered after. But definetly try this. And reasonable priced to on average £10- 15 per main dish £6 kids menu - only one option.”

“Friendly staff and COVID safe. Wasn't able to try their breakfasts or sandwiches, as after noon Sundays they only do Sunday roast. It was good and hot-- though a few of the veg were too done for my tastes. Still very good.”

“What an incredible find! Shifnal is housing a fabulous little restaurant immaculate interior with wooden beams and Harry Potter under stairs toilet it’s quirky! From steamed table cloths lovely cutlery crockery and glassware it’s floorless! The food was incredible great flavours and really felt like the chef was taking time to create every dish. Nice wine and tasty passionfruit martinis. I think it’s our new favourite. Definitely an adults only escape for couples and small groups not for loud people!”

“An excellent restaurant! The prices are very reasonable and the choices from the menu are amazing, they have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, so there is definitely something for everyone. We had the four courses and thought the food was perfect. There's lots of choice for drinks too, non-alcoholic, wines, beers, spirits and cocktails. The restaurant has a very friendly and warm atmosphere, so this is a great place for a date, meal with a friend or to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.”

“This place is great, I go for the Brook Breakfast. 2 Eggs done perfect, 2 bacon rashers, 2 tasty sausage, tomatoes and 2 large toasted and buttered pieces of tiger loaf. See picture, shows all of quantity the cakes provided but only part of the savouries and sandwiches as we kept some in fridge until required. UPDATE: Christmas afternoon tea. 2022 Went for Christmas afternoon tea today. See photos. Missing from the pictures are the Scones Jam and Clotted cream, also a few more cakes which we consumed before photographing. I'm more of a food guy than photographer I'm afraid. Great price, friendly staff, meal comes with endless tea/coffee. What you can't eat will be boxed for you to take home.”

“The restaurant has a cozy inviting atmosphere, which makes you feel right at home. I booked the Olive Grove for 47 guests for my daughters 40th birthday. I cannot praise the service enough. The team worked exceptionally hard to give us all a wonderful evening. The meals we're chosen from the festive menu (which we pre ordered) and we're super delicious. Nothing was to much for Salem, Jane and the whole team. I highly recommend a visit here.”
