“Had a great experience here. I work in retirement living and had a fish and chips night for 25 people. Andy and the rest of the team were all friendly and helpful. I ordered food for 5pm it was ready with two minutes to spare. Talk about knowing their business, all the meals were piping hot and fresh. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the night and food. I had chicken kebab meat, which was so tender and the best I've ever tasted. Made the whole process of ordering, collecting and delivering quality food easy. We will definitely be doing this again. “Have been here a few times for a decent sandwich at lunch time. Got a fresh counter to pick from, bread pudding, sausage rolls, cooked breakfasts, samosas, chilled soft drinks it’s got everything you need. The staff are beyond lovely here, all local and really make you feel like you’re popping to see a member of the family, it’s really nice. Place gets pretty busy fast and then goes quiet again, very unpredictable but worth the wait. On street parking is a nightmare at times, busy bit of road so be mindful of that.”

“Always love it when we get lunch here, such a great place. There's so much tasty food on the extensive menu. I can recommend any of the Mexican bits, the smashed burgers and the breakfast brioche bap with the in house made pork patty but its all incredibly tasty. You can tell how passionate the owner is about his food. Staff are always really friendly too. 10/10 recommend!”

“Love this pub! A proper local, I call it the Winchester to my mates as it's a proper pub. They have a TV for the footy and a bandit, with a decent pool table. The smoking area is the best I've seen in the UK, tiled, covered and every time I've been out there I've had a good natter with the fellow smokers. Good people, good crowd!”

“Me and my partner called in here on a Saturday night and ate the most beautiful Indian cuisine. It was cooked to perfection and to our taste. We didn't want it too hot and had no problems whatsoever, as the chef listened to our concerns and made it beautiful. I'd never had the bread before called paratha and was pleasantly surprised. “What a restaurant! If your in the area and appreciate amazing food look no further! We Started with Fresh poppadoms with very tasty Dips and onion salad whilst pondering over a lovely menu which is a Set 2 courses priced at £35 including rice or Naan. For Starters we chose, Vegtable Pakora, Paneer Tikka and Masala Fish, perfectly presented with amazing flavours. Then for mains the Chef asked me if I’d fancy trying something slightly different from the menu as he had been slow cooking some lamb shanks in spices for a few hours. How could I resist? And what great decision it was ! My son went for the ‘Bilash Super’ , My wife chose Aloo Gobi Masala and we shared Saffron rice and delicious Garlic naans. The food was mind blowing! All washed down with a few Cobras and a bottle of wine we Finished off with a very refreshing Cheesecake accompanied with fresh fruit and mango sauce. Just Perfect ! Overall the whole experience was amazing and we can’t wait to return. Thanks to Mo and the Bilash team, see you soon!”
