“I visited B&Q in Walsall today to pick up some compost and other gardening bits. I initially asked a member of staff, Paul, where to find a particular product, and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he later came over to offer more in-depth help. He took the time to understand what I was growing and gave great advice on improving soil quality specifically for growing vegetables. His product knowledge was excellent, and it really showed that he knew what he was talking about—especially as he mentioned that he grows his own vegetables and uses the same products himself. In a time where good customer service feels increasingly rare, it was refreshing to receive such personal and helpful support. It made me feel confident that I’d chosen the right place to shop. “Me and my partner called in here on a Saturday night and ate the most beautiful Indian cuisine. It was cooked to perfection and to our taste. We didn't want it too hot and had no problems whatsoever, as the chef listened to our concerns and made it beautiful. I'd never had the bread before called paratha and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.”

“I feel to the begining to the end, my pizza hut experience has been great! Parking is accessible. QR code, cashless payments at table which was no problem for me. It was my childrens first time having pizza hut buffet in the restaurant. They were fully satisfied and completely full! We had such great service from our server Sash. “Right from the very start of communication from the staff at the office, the men who were so lovely picking up my car and dropping of the hire one and returning my car after only a few days was faultless. I was kept up to date with everything and upon the return of my vehicle having being repaired I was amazed by the fantastic result it was more than perfect and the car had been cleaned before return with the inside smelling lovely too. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a car repair.”

“Fantastic place for breakfast. Delicious food recommend the American dinner breakfast and the yummy milkshakes. Friendly staff , quick service quite a few seats to choose from. There are also freshly made cakes and sandwiches in the cabinet by the till. Can be quite busy. Just need to make sure they clean up the whole table when clearing the dishes away .”
