“Ordered on friday, bit of a wobble and our food went missing, nick was very understanding at my frustration refunded me right away and when i ordered the following day made my order a priority, the food did not disappoint!! “During our most recent visit we decided to stop at the food Hall, first time in years. We found the system to be very easy to follow, picking up your tray and following it round exploring the drinks and desert options before being served by staff at the hot counter. All staff were very helpful and served people very quickly so there not much of a wait to be served and pay. Good selection of condiments to choose from and large amount of cutlery available which is good to see. What caught my eye was the additional services provided for parents and children, there was a nursing area providing privacy for those who wished to use it. A bottle warmer and a microwave free to use to prepare babies bottles and food, this was lovely to see as it is inclusive for all. Will be visiting again.”
