The shop is lovely and has lots of options to suit all occasions and budgets including gifts,cards and much more than the average florists. “Came here today as going past, it was absolutely lovely inside. I had a latte and my parents had a pot of tea for two. Both were very nice and brought to the table. The cakes looked very nice and we hopefully will get time to stop by and try them another time. They do breakfast and sandwiches, soup and scones too. Loved the heart on the latte, it was very cute.”

See picture, shows all of quantity the cakes provided but only part of the savouries and sandwiches as we kept some in fridge until required. UPDATE: Christmas afternoon tea. 2022 Went for Christmas afternoon tea today. See photos. Missing from the pictures are the Scones Jam and Clotted cream, also a few more cakes which we consumed before photographing. I'm more of a food guy than photographer I'm afraid. Great price, friendly staff, meal comes with endless tea/coffee. What you can't eat will be boxed for you to take home.”

“First day opening groomers today and Toto had a great first puppy groom. His eyes all trimmed and feet, washed and dried. Very vocal through it all but plenty of tail wagging. He went in a puppy and came out a little bear. The groomers are very friendly and paid him lots of attention, the staff at this pet shop are genuinely Totos favourite people.”

“The service is great here and in the summer, it’s really lovely outside! The food is really well prepared and presented (as you can see). It’s simple food done really well. The chilli jam in the breakfast muffin is a nice touch as you find spicy and sweet enhance the other flavours like the saltiness of the bacon and the creaminess of the avocado. A savoury delight!”

“I had recently heard of this shop when I wanted to fill my desire of finally owning a turtle, I phoned this shop to see if they could help my searches… and they did just that I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady who had also owned a musk turtle (she was so adorable) and gave me all of the advice and tips I needed to know before I purchased. Unfortunately at the time I didn’t have the money to get the turtle that day, but I had fount a way to afford my baby turtle and a healthy and happy environment to watch them grow I didn’t quite catch the ladies name but she was fabulous, quick and attentive with everything she had done. She had even kept the shop open 15 minutes later just so I could pick up my lovely turtle. Whoever this lady is you are amazing at your job and was so attentive today and we definitely will be returning soon to find rocket (our turtle) another friend. Thankyou, ThePetShop”

“Went to buy some garden furniture for our son and his girlfriend and the staff were really helpful and helped us to pick the right thing for them. We ended up buying extra things while we were there as well and will definitely be going again to get more things. Much bigger shop than the Kingswinford branch, so more to see. They regularly change items in the shop as well. Be aware, some items are one offs, so you'd need to decide to buy it there and then. My wife went in and a couple of days later a lot of the things she had seen had been sold, which would be an issue if you really loved an item.”

Abit more on the pricey side but in my opinion it's definitely worth it. Atmosphere is always spotless, tables are cleaned constantly. Never too busy, you'll always get a table. “Absolutely fantastic service, we will never use anywhere else. We ran out of allergin free baby formula as our regular pharmacy didn’t fulfill our prescription in time. So we called the Galleria 15 minutes before they closed on a Sunday afternoon and they gave us helpful advice on how to get another prescription and even offered to stay so we had time to collect. The staff were so friendly and kind.”
