βJust been here with my children and parents. The restaurant area was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was tasty. The chefs were friendly and polite also. The kids menu had good choice and both my kids ate it all and loved the ice cream machine with the sprinkles. Thank you for a lovely Sunday carveryβ
βHad a fantastic time at the Wellington, service was 5 stars and all staff were so friendly. Special shout-out to Kieran what a great guy super professional, he went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good stay! I will definitely be coming back.β
βGreat atmosphere, a mix of yonger and older patrons, all friendly and respectful, good selection of beer at a reasonable price. Staff are helpful and friendly, the lovely Laura at at bar was kind, polite and great at her job. The waiter was also very good, finding my table, after changing my sitting arangement, without me having to do anything. I would definitely recommend this pub if you are ever in the area.β

βThis is going to be (is) a very nice place to live. Well laid out and beautifully landscaped. Love walking the dog around here. The visitor centre ( and Teacake restaurant is first class)β
βBeautiful little tearoom located within Drum Castle. The indoor seating is really cute and appears to be in what was the servant hall or kitchen. Inside only has around 5 tables with further seating outdoors in the courtyard. We have visited here so many times and keep coming back not just for the good quality but also the excellent service. Always been the same lady working in the cafe and sheβs genuinely friendly and helpful. Today we went for their deal where you get a drink, sandwich, crisps and cake for Β£9.50. Everything was really tasty and fresh, especially the cinnamon swirl that was fresh out of the oven. They have a good range of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, soups and cakes. We love visiting here and always look forward to going back.β
βPlace for fresh food. Hot food, sandwiches, yogurt and ice cream aslo available. Customer toilets inside.β
βI rang up at 8pm on the day of wanting to check in, in hope theyβd have an apartment left for 3 guests, as another local apartment (Aldephi Suites...warning) had let us down last minute by rejecting the guests due to them being 20 years old and demanding they were to suddenly put an extra Β£500 deposit down which was never mentioned until further phone calls after growing obvious concerns on their behalf about the guests...after being left outside the apartment for over 4+ hours after arriving I was then on the phone to Expedia for a couple hours to try resolve the issue in order to make sure my partner and friends had somewhere safe to stay...(deeply upsetting and frustrating experience). So in a panic of my partner and his friends being left stranded on the streets, I rang up Thistle Apartments in hope they would have room...of which they did. Not only did the sympathise with my experience they ensured me theyβd match the price of the other apartment and make sure my guests (as I wasnβt present) were checked in and all okay. I believe it was Lucas who dealt with myself and the group and I cannot thank him enough. He has been so utterly kind and I hope more guests choose to stay with them! Plus the apartment is gorgeous from what Iβve seen on the videos my partner has sent me! Thank you so much.β

βFelt we were a bit rushed having our coffee today. Table cleared as soon as our coffee cups were empty. Not as relaxing as on previous visits.β
βVery tasty food with a fabulous view at a great location. The staff is kind and helpful. Recommended without a doubt.β
βI've just got home from a 4 night break to Aberdeen staying at 2 Redmoss Walk. This self contained apartment was excellent - very clean and well equipped, a small kitchen area then a lounge/dining area with a large screen TV (with a games console too), a sofa and chair and a small table and chairs. There were patio doors to a garden - much too cold to venture out though. A corridor led to a nice large toilet/shower and then on to a bedroom with a very comfortable and warm bed. On arrival parking was available on the street by the house, the keys were ready for me to enter. A nice touch was a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge (sadly no use to me). Unfortunately during my stay I didn't get to meet the owners - hopefully next time I can as we will probably try to stay here again in future.β
