Liv was a star when I first joined the gym - she is so knowledgable. There has been issues when using guest passes for signing in, but nothing is a bother to the team - they’re always so friendly. Looking forward to the new courts opening!”

“What a gym! Been going to warehouse for over 2 years and you will struggle to find a gym with better members and equipment! Everyone is there to support you. There is zero judgment and you feel welcome and comfortable at any level of ability or strength. All the "intimidating" bodybuilders are amongst the nicest ones in the club and are all willing to help with a spot or answer any questions. All-in-all an excellent gym with insane equipment and great / friendly staff!”

“Great staff. Will go out of their way to help. Always there when you need them. Looked after my daughter so well. Made her at peace no matter what tests etc were being carried out. If you ever need to attend the children's hospital I can't recommend enough. The only negative is the rooms don't have Aircon and so when we were there the temp would be well into the high 20C's. Usually higher than 25C. Need cooling of some sort to be sorted in the hospital.”

In the three hours I was there, I received a thorough investigation of all relevant features of my condition, delivered with friendliness, efficiency and skill. Communication was highly expert - they listened carefully to me, and explained their own views with clarity and completeness. “On 2/06/25 I was admitted to ward 12 Stracathro for a total hip replacement. Fr the moment I was admitted until I was discharged on the evening of the 3/06/25 ALL the staff, nurses, OT/PT staff, surgeons, anaesthetists were absolutely fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for you explaining everything as they went so you fully understood what was to happen and putting you at your ease and after the op from the surgeons, post op staff on down they came to see you were all right and answer any questions. A special mention must also go to day /night ward staff who continually went above and beyond and catered for your every need. Even the food was excellent. I can’t thank you all enough for making a stressful situation tolerable”

“Decent size swimming pool. Getting there is easy. Accessible location right behind Balmoral Business park. Plenty of parking spaces opposite the road. Ensure to park in the open parking lot on the other side of the road as the one near the main entrance is disabled only. Pretty quiet on Sunday afternoon which is perfect for me and staff are very helpful. I'd recommend it.”

I then had about 45 minutes to wait for my lift home so I went to the cafe for a coffee and a light snack. Wow! What a pleasant surprise, the coffee was good and so was the toasted bun with sausages.
