“We took our very sick Dog, Rosie, to James and his team on Wednesday morning. She had not eaten for 5 days and not drank for 3 days. We picked her up that afternoon and James assured us she would eat and would be fine. Two days later and she is almost back to her normal healthy self. We can't say enough good things about Voy vets and we thank you so much for all you have done.”

“Called in for a non emergency check up of my dog. Staff were very friendly, obviously pet lovers. The Vet was great. The clinical was modern and spacious. Been here a number of times, thankfully Mrs Popolopius was not seriously ill.”

“Excellent service, staff are very helpful and friendly. The clinician took time with my dog and tried to relax him as best as possible. Checked him over very thoroughly without causing him him undue upset. Checked his medical records. Chat about the issues, symptoms and treatments. Dispatched his treatment effectively and efficiently. I need to return in 4 weeks for a check-up and booster which was booked for me then and there without any issue. It's never a nice place to take your pet but they made it as relaxed and efficient, ensuring my pet was as stressless as possible.”

“After sadly losing our 2nd little girl last year we were very nervous about having a private scan this time round. So many of our friends had recommended window to the womb and my partner surprised me with a scan on Saturday which was the most wholesome experience and something we will cherish forever. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, Esther did our scan with another lovely lady and they were so thorough and explained everything as they went. The lady at reception (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name) was an absolute delight too and helped us pick out our little keepsakes, thank you so much for such a lovely day!”

When any of my animals are ill or need operated on they have always kept me well informed. “Noel is very friendly, but also inspires a lot of confidence in his services. I went with a gym injury that was slowing me down in the gym but also impacting everyday tasks. Noel completely resolved it. And I haven't shopped around, but the price seemed very fair to me. Also had a check-up where no more treatment was advised based on my feedback on progress - someone less principled could have got another fee out of me.”

“I almost want to keep this surgery "a best kept secret"! There are very occasionally a long wait time for calls to be answered but nothing like I experienced with the previous surgery that I was registered with so overall, quick answering time. The doctors are fantastic, return calls quickly and will answer all of your questions. The staff handling calls are also fantastic. I truly hope that this terrific care will be maintained as it's what we contribute to isn't it? Well done all at Ballywalter Surgery!”

“Can’t recommend enough. I have been to countless dentists around Belfast about straightening my teeth, and fixing a tilt in my upper arch. I also had occasional bleeding gums. Was told over and over that it wasn’t possible to fix the tilt, and that my gums were healthy. Greg is the only dentist who I feel has actually listened and has already fixed the tilt issue, gave my teeth a proper deep clean and although my braces aren’t due to come off for a few more months, there’s already a huge difference! All staff are really friendly and helpful, wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m almost over my fear of the dentist thanks to Greg and the team :)”

“Michael has been treating my dogs for over 15 years and he is a compassionate, wonderful and knowledgeable vet. He offered dedicated and effective care on a near daily basis when our girl Mac developed pyometra and sadly died but if anyone could have kept her with us it would have been Michael! The staff are also well informed and offer very sensible advice. I highly recommend this practice!”

“I attended today with my son who was suffering an asthma attack and I cannot praise the staff in there highly enough. From the nurses constantly checking on him and always having a smile on their faces to his Dr whose name was Chris who went above and beyond! The staff were under serious pressure and a number of parents were giving them grief. Can I just ask if you attend be prepared for a long wait as the NHS is overstretched and those in there are fighting everyday to make sure the sickest and most critical kids are taken care of. Be patient with them as the wait times are not their fault but exacerbated by parents taking their kids up as they have a cold and temperature. Once again I cannot praise the staff enough !”
