The pizza was fresh and full of flavour, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. You could really tell the food was made with care. “Have pretty much tried all the Chinese take-aways in Ards. They all do some things well and other things terribly. Most of all, I find the quality of the meat (especially chicken) from most to be rubbery and distinctly odd tasing. Not pleasant. Recently tried The Ruby on a few occasions and it is by far the most consistent chinese. Portion sizes are huge and the food is of a very high standard. The quality of the meat is much better than all the others and the chicken is proper chicken breast!!!! Looking forward to trying more of the menu, and just relieved that we have found somewhere that we can look forward to trying more of the menu. Oh, good value as well. A proper old school chinese that gets it right.”

“As consistent and tasty as Pizza Express always is! Staff handled some very difficult St Patrick’s Day customers very well, the manager and one of the Male servers handled an aggressive and drunk customer well getting him out before peoples evenings were ruined completely. Props to them both!”
