“Honestly, it's a great place to shop. I liked the old building it used to be in not far away, but the new building they've moved to is definitely much better, I'm sure, for staff, space, and overall more customers. The building is well laid out, and staff are hard at work. The car park is definitely better than the old location's carpark. There's way more space and overall has a better layout. The bakery is almost always great. It just depends on what time of the day you get in there to get your stuff. But their food is really nice. My only issue is the entrance to the location. Because it's next to the roundabout, it can be quite deadly to get in and out from there. It's mostly because half of the drivers never indicate and are bloody dangerous on the road. Then the beep and look at you like you're at fault.”

“Excellent customer service from 2 young men working on 9th Jul 2024 at 15.15. First young man was standing in entrance area, by computer screen ready to take our order. He punched the details in himself (was in to order a Titan petrol lawnmower) and then proceeded to collect the lawnmower from the storage area. I hardly had time to open my purse, when the guy at the till asked how I would like to pay. I left the shop, to reverse my car towards the main door - and as I was doing so, the till man was already standing at the door, with the lawnmower in his arms, ready to manhandle it into my car. These two young men helped, without being asked. They were very pleasant, smiling and joking. We were in the shop for 5 or 6 minutes. Amazing service guys. Ten out of ten. Well done.”

“Easily the best home bargains in Belfast! Its absolutely massive and has a great range of things. It has a garden centre and a cafe in store, although we did find it a busy store.”

“I love it! It has eveything you might need for a quick groceries shopping and has all my favourite food! Veggies are good quality and lots of variety of bread (including my favourite wholemeal flour loaf) and good meat! Definitely good service and lovely workers always friendly and welcoming!”

“Lidl store beside Dundonald glider terminus. Shop is well laid out. Produce is fresh and their 49p Simply pan loaves last for ages before going blue mould. Prices are much better than any of the other big store. The Lidl brand stuff is as tasty as big name brands for 1/4 of the price. Download the Lidl plus app and you can see all your receipts. You can activate current months deals and gather even more discount on shopping. Staff are friendly and courteous and pretty fast at checkout. No self service or 10 items or less tills unfortunately. Throughly recommend. I am spending nearly £20 a week less than when I shopped at Tesco or Sainsbury’s.”

“Finally went in after their recent renovations have now been completed and WOW!! What a shop! So gorgeous inside with an incredible deli bar and so much food variety. Their car parking is a lot more spacious and manageable now. Much easier floor access for those with wheelchairs/prams too. Highly recommend visiting!”

U can also get Costa coffee to go n newspapers n magazines as well They do the lottery n scratchcards too There is always an offer on ( check their freezer section for their 5 for a fiver offer! All brand items)”

“I went in just to get some liquid but also enquired about a coil. The guy was so helpful and advised me that I had been using my device wrong and that in future i needed to buy a particular type of coil. I had always used the same shop prior to visiting total vapour and they never once asked me those types of questions or gave me that type of advice. The guy was obviously clued up and passionate about his job. Safe to say ill be visiting total vapour from now on. Much appreciated”

The place has a fantastic selection of wines - and the fact that I was recommended to visit here by another wine shop two miles down the road should speak volumes. The real star of the show, however, was James. Between serving a seemingly never-ending stream of sometimes-rowdy customers, and tidying up after not one, but two customer-induced spillages in the beer section (come on now, lads), James very kindly gave me his time and diligently helped me pick out two superb bottles of red and white that I am due to give as gifts tomorrow morning. I couldn’t be happier with the selection, which was the result of James spending time to understand precisely what the gifts needed to say in their individual ways. Truly a superb ambassador for the company. It’s a real shame I live in England as I’d be back here in a heartbeat otherwise. Many thanks again. Top notch service.”
