“We used this company this week when on the hunt for new door handles.Took away a brochure, picked out 2 we liked and although they never had them in stock they arranged for samples to come to the shop the next day. After a call to say they had arrived we went down and made our choice. When asked how quick they could get them they said the next day. “I would highly recommend using Access Panels Direct for your panel needs. I always think the true test of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. I ordered a custom loft access hatch from them and in first contact Zoe couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging dispatch so it would arrive when we were back from holiday. When the parcel did arrive the courier hadn’t taken notice of the fragile markings and had unfortunately damaged the panel significantly. When I got in contact and sent photos, Kate was extremely helpful in sorting the issue and immediately arranged for a new panel to be manufactured with no quibbling. Excellent customer service all around. Thanks”

“I came across this reclamation yard after trying several others which had proven successful in the past. I’m so glad that I came across this particular one and Paul the lovely owner was amazing! They have such a wide variety of products. Ranging from blue/bullnose bricks, lots of bricks from 18th/19th century homes, original fireplaces with all the tiles intact, some stunning chimney tops a long with a lot more. P.s. the nicest dog on site too! It’s 16 miles away from me but I would be more than happy to drive all the way back. Lovely products and great service :)”

“Only heard about this fantastic store after news coverage and decided to visit looking for a none standard bulb after 5 minutes and some expert help from the staff said bulb was located and bought It’s very refreshing to be able to buy items in the quantities you need and not having to buy packs of things! Good old fashioned hardware store with a good range of hardware, garden supplies, and most importantly decades of knowledge, friendly people, keen prices, and keeping it local, all round 5 stars!
