As it was my rental property I couldn’t meet him in person but he was in contact throughout sending me before and after photos. By chan e on a day off I visited City Jewellers and spoke to a lovely member of staff called Chris. She asked what I had in mind and I explained the specific style I was hoping to find. I was offered a seat and Chris went to find something that matched my requirements. I never expected to find 'the one' that day. But I did. It was the first ring I saw. I just knew it was perfect. I had it resized and was told a few weeks, but it was available early. I asked if they would hold onto it for me due to my plans to propose being further away, and they did. Amazing service. As recommended byJay, I need a bit more complex work to be done, which I will have done at the dental hospital, due to health issues. However when that has been completed, I look forward to returning to Browns, for Jay to complete the rest of my treatment. Browns are definitely worth every one of those 5 stars. It's a bit confusing once you're on the court so I'll quickly summarise: You pull up over to the left for the wash and then after, you go around toward same gate to get the dry wax, which after, you pay.”
