“I attended the Woodlands campus from 2013 till 2019. The teachers are truly amazing (Paul, Salman and Nada especially). The teachers really care, and they put every effort into the teaching. From the teachers to the security guards, everyone are very friendly. I really enjoyed my time here and would like to thank the college and its staff for making my time here so pleasant. Had a lot of fun on their Boeing 737 simulator and working on the Jetstream aircraft.”

“Today, with our business Immersive Theatres and using a 7m and a 6m dome, my colleague and I delivered a digital planetarium experience to 950 Yr 4 and Yr 8 students from 14 different schools at the annual 'Inspired To Work' careers fair. This is our third year at this event and as usual Harriet, Tracey and their colleagues were well organised and very hospitable to all exhibitors and visitors. The event was a great success (once again) and we'd like to thank Heart of Worcestershire College for another wonderful day.”

“Joseph Chamberlain gets a lot of unfair criticism. The Tutors and Library Staff are some of the nicest people you will meet, the Teachers have such a good bond with Students and want the best for them even if they don't teach them. The facilities are really useful and the College genuinely wants to know how to improve for the benefit of Staff and students. People who don't even attend the college make assumptions and pass it off as fact, but Ofsted thinking we're Outstanding says a lot.”

“Despite all of the disruption after three years and after a change of the principle, I believe the school teachers have supported the students very incredibly and I also believe in 3 - 4 years this school would be a better school, as the students in year 7 are not only well behaved a mature I believe they are also very smart. I have a huge level of faith towards the students in year 7. I went into a few of their lessons this year - with permission to be there and their behavior was better then the years above them. In addition, I also recognized how they are study topics that only the year 11`s are doing - eg past exam questions and A level topics and they all seem like it`s easy. I know I recently made a negative comment about the school, but as a very experienced year 11 - I know this school will improve, thanks to long-term staff members. I don`t think the school staff members are racist, judgemental or as people like to call it 'mean'. I think people shouldn`t try to judge the school for it`s past exam results, it`s about the present and the future which is still yet to come. I believe who we are, our morals and what we become is more important then our grades - people shouldn`t keep trying to discriminate this school, the positive side is the fact it has became stronger from its fall and it has not been closed down for any activity. Someone below commented on the fact that you don`t come out with any GCSE`s, well despite us year 11`s not actually knowing some of our results - I know two of mine, which are BTEC`s, one is an Distinction* and the other is just a pass, but that one you can only get a pass or fail. Also I personally admire people who work as a bin man or at McDonalds, as they are actually probably in desperation for money, but some actually enjoy it. Plus they are earning money for themselves or even their family, if you`re teenager judging and trying to justify that people who work in MD are poor and have low morals, then you are in the wrong, as you have traits of people with low morals, as they always judge people and think they`re better than others. Without bin men, who would decompose our plastics and rubbish? In McDonalds the workers are coping with a lot of stress to cook the food and serve it - don`t make fun out of the place - as the earning money then you would earn in three years, plus you should bare in mind you probably shop there for an odd luxury. In today`s society people complain too much and judge too much, how about you try to get on with each other, that`s how you would make this world, this country and this society become a better place. Most of us in today`s society have goals, desires, knowledge and power no one else has, we should use is while we still can, make a difference, help someone, save someone, it`s nice to be nice... The thing that makes this school better than Great Barr, or a grammar school or any other school, is that we`re all different. In year 11 a lot of the students will bond together realizing it`s an very important time of the year. The fact that year 7`s can bond and at least someone can bond with someone, demonstrates a lot about the unique people in this school. I wish the new Year 11`s well, work hard, revise hard and play hard. Good Luck with your exams!”

“I have just competed the 3 day ultimate ceramics course. My expectations of the course were exceeded. Dominic is an excellent teacher, friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. The course covered preparation of teeth, which ceramic can be used in different clinical situations and cementation/adjustment. On the 3rd day Michele, from MPOP lab, presented the view from the lab side and what will help them to create the best results. He showed a clinical case from start to finish. Overall I couldn’t recommend this course more. Everything that I have learnt I can put into clinical practise from basic to more complex cases”

“Completed the 3 day sales and closing certification this week. Absolutely fantastic experience. Matt and the team were great, engaging throughout and the quality of the content was excellent. I managed to stay engaged for all 3 days which is unusual for me when I'm on any type of training. Not only was it great to refresh my sales skills I learned a huge amount of new, invaluable tools and techniques. “At first, genuine thoughts were that therapy with Kiran would be a waste of energy, and nothing would change. As an individual who is raised not to share or show feelings or emotions and no one to turn or confied in. I did not feel pressured to engage with Kiran, which made me less stressed and surprised myself as I tend to shut down conversations and find a way to end the call. Having trust issues with previous therapist. I did not open up. However, I developed a sense of trust and honesty speaking with kiran as I felt calm and relaxed for the first time in a long time . I opened up and felt truly understood and listened to. I truly now believe Kiran cares about my well-being and is truly seeking ways to improve and structure my recovery and to achieve my goals. Kiran's ability to get me talking astonished me as I avoided it for years since I felt lost and useless. Kiran managed to convince me and helped me register for a gym in order to keep fit & healthy and occupied as I was indoors for months, even avoiding local shops due to my severe depression and anxiety. I'm grateful and thankful for the support and the structure that Kiran is providing me. building trust,honesty, and understanding. Explained the issue and after repairing, had a look around to try see any other issues. He didn’t need to do that but spent more time to do it anyway which shows they care.
