“We took some friends here as we had been previously and had an amazing experience and time, so thought we would share with some more friends who travelled from Stoke on Trent. We were all absolutely delighted and the staff team delivered outstanding customer service, we were met and greeted by Leah and Natasha who are lovely ladies and what great senses of humour! Guy, Harry and the Chef Jay and Ahmed took exceptional care of the 6 of us. The menu has an excellent array of choices and we had deep fried onion rings and cheesy garlic bread the best we’ve ever tasted. The Bacon chop, cottage pie and chicken parmigiana were quite simply delicious and excellent value for money and we all tried something different and we all agreed it was worth the journey from Stoke on Trent. One of our group bought some chocolates as we were leaving but they were gone by the time we arrived home! Thanks to Guy and the team who made our visit perfect nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! We shall definitely be back! An outstanding customer service experience in such an iconic setting we shall definitely return!”

“I hadn’t used this place for years, I decided to grab my partner and myself a chow mien on Monday night. Me being a fussy so and so requested no prawns in my mixed chow mien. Sadly when I got home I unfortunately had prawns in my dish, at the time it was very disappointed but I called back and requested it was replaced. It was not convenient to replace at the time but two nights later I called and the lovely member of staff honoured her promise and replaced my meal. My partner had a veg chow mien, I had a mixed meat chow mien with curry sauce and we were both very impressed. When in Lichfield I would certainly use again!”

Personal care and attention to any allergies or sensitivities with products. Staff at francescos are friendly and hospitable. The refreshments are very welcome especially as it’s such a relaxing atmosphere. Like a hair spa. .”

“I have been coming to Penny for 3.5 years now for waxing - and have received excellent service every time. Penny is lovely and makes the experience as relaxing as possible. Penny is quick, professional, and offers her treatments at a good price. I look forward to our catch ups, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Would recommend to anybody looking at having any waxing treatment done.”

“Afternoon tea as a birthday treat all arranged by my son who lives in Australia. A perfect afternoon for my sister (who was in on the treat) and myself. Good choice of sandwiches, savouries, and cakes. Very pretty crockery, as much tea as we wanted. The service was excellent. We bought some of the cake home as there was so much. We have been here before and will certainly go again. As an added extra, my son arranged for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered during our tea.”

“Asda Driver here, have been delivering to these guys for years and they always take care of their drivers by offering them a hot drink which is greatly appreciated especially during the colder weathers. “I went here for the first time on Friday and had an absolute blast. The food and drinks were unreal (and generous portions!) and every single staff member was SO friendly. I have a 5 month old puppy so I’m always wary of places that claim to be ‘dog friendly’ but this place was great and there were plenty of other happy dogs having a great time with their owners too. I’ll definitely be back and making my way through both the food menu and drinks menu!”

“Called ahead first to ask about bringing three of my service users (one learning disabilities and two complex needs). Couldn't be more helpful on the phone. Even suggested we could have a table in the quietest area. Once there, the staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, courteous and couldn't do enough to make sure our people were comfortable and stress free. Took the guys names so the bills didn't get confused and allowed us as much time as we needed at the table. Mitchell and Aaron, you were both brilliant and a credit to the pub. Thankyou both and we will definitely be back soon”

“Me and my wife dropped in for a fry up, we had the light breakfast £12 each and a pot of tea between us. The staff were just lovely and very attentive, they made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was beautiful, especially the sausage (think it was from packington) probably one of the best I've had. We will endeavour to visit again. The decor inside was splendid, you could spend the whole day there.”

“Went for a large family lunch for my daughters birthday. There were 19 of us so we pre ordered, the kids food cane out in minutes and the adults wasnt far behind. Everyone was very helpful and there were no issues at all. Never have any problems here and the food is always well cooked, would recommend.”
