The sessions were invaluable in helping me cope with the emotional challenges of going through a difficult life event. At my lowest point, the counselling sessions provided one of the only spaces where I could unload the immense stress I was experiencing without feeling judged or patronised. Their system recognises your place in the queue and the receptionist calls you back. When I couldn't have access to phone during the day they listened and ensured I was offered after 5pm appointments. Dr's are helpful, nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Much better than my last GP practice that my husband is still with.”
