“Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

“Already had me forks serviced last year, new "boots" this year, great for a quick chat, they will try their best to fit you in, competitive prices you'll like, and work is superb, what more could you ask for.”

“Had a smash meal with Mac and cheese fries. Food was delicious, fresh and cooked perfectly! The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with too. The only shame for me was the small gang of moody dudes chilling on the car park taking up two spaces per car and giving my wife and I weird, prolonged looks while we waited in the car for the food to be done. This is by no means the fault of the restaurant though so no stars lost today. I only stopped by because the smell caught us as we drove past, but I'll definitely consider putting in some future just-eat orders and trying more of their menu in the future!”

“Absolute professional. Ben is trusted with numerous million pound goodwood race cars for good reason. A great deal of care to firstly assess the vehicle to be mapped and verify all the necessary base line items are in place such as correct fuel pressure oil pressure etc all before even touching the rollers. Extremely thorough mapping process making sure it’s all optimised and not just punching for a top end power number to impress the armchair enthusiasts. Has worked on several cars of mine all with different ECU types and even on methanol fuel . All work done faultlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others , and everyone I know who has used Ben has been happy with the work done.”

“Great scenic place to walk around and get some great photos. For the most part, it is nice and quiet and only occasionally see people walking around through the trees. The exception is where there are roads nearby, where the day I went, there was a tatter scrap truck driving around with its siren call on full blast, which ruins the whole experience. The most popular area would be the bright quarry where you'll find plenty of fossils. To walk around the whole reserve is quite the workout, and there are steps leading to different parts, but the steps can be very steep and hard to climb. As you continue down into the reserve, there are parts where it goes to its lowest point that doesn't get much sunlight, so the ground may be muddy, but it's very nice around here. The alternative to this is to climb the steps to the highest points where you'll be able to see for miles. Had not been here for many years, but it's relatively unchanged. The only real letdown (and biggest change) is the Seven Sisters Caverns (or caves). The council has blocked off and filled in all the caverns with fences and rocks. They have ruined a historical landmark. Like the fences should be enough to keep people out, but to fill in caverns is just out of order. There used to be cave exploration parties in the past, but now is just a thing of the past. What's funny is the caverns are fenced off, but if you walk around through the trees, there are many many spots where there are considerable drops into very deep ditches that are just out in the open and not fenced off at all. If you fall through some of these, you're going to get hurt badly. Just stick to the path though, and you'll be fine. As for the quarry with fossils, I last went here over 25 years ago, and it might have been my mind playing tricks on me, but if you don't like spiders, then don't walk around the quarry towards the evening, as I remember seeing all the rocks suddenly swarm with hundreds of tiny spiders. In the daytime, though, you probably won't see any. The whole area is well worth the visit, and feels like a different country away from the normal everyday life of Dudley.”

“What a beautiful place for a walk and the visitor centre is superb and had a nice cup of Earl Grey (my favourite),they are really friendly people and welcome (well behaved) dogs. Went there with our 2 year old Dobermann and Drone camera to get some pics and had a wonderful morning .”

I was greeted by what I presume was the manager, a gentleman dressed in black. Nice touch, you don't get that in One Stop! Excellent selection of items and even a mini trolley save breaking my shoulder with a basket. Lovely staff and very patient with entering voucher codes. Vapes not in your face when you walk in, discreet the side of the till area. Fresh fruit and veg displayed lovely. I was genuinely shocked and have returned twice already. It's definitely my new local top up shop.”
