“Hi I saw Natalie for Secret Pro treatment for my droopy eyelids and under eye bags. Natalie is very knowledgeable and very experienced in carrying out this treatment. This was very important to me in deciding whether to go ahead or not. I'm glad that I did as I'm very pleased with the overall results. Results are not immediate and you need to be prepared to wait a good few months before you start noticing the results. This was also explained to me prior to the treatment. I recommend Medizen as it's a Doctor led service and the staff are all highly trained. Natalie has been absolutely brilliant at putting me at ease and ensuring my comfort and safety are maintained throughout the procedure.”

“Travelled all the way from Worcester because I heard Henna was really good. She absolutely did not disappoint! My hair was a scraggly mess and Henna knew exactly what to do to fix it. She works with Asian hair regularly so I don't have to hear comments about how thick or how dark my hair is. I got a head full of highlights and colour along with a lovely blow dry done for a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to all my friends, especially of different ethnic backgrounds!”

They're extremely professional and really really friendly. I feel super comfortable in their salon and everyone working there really cares about their work and does everything they can to get the results you want. They're honest about what they can do and will also help each other out. The price is a bit higher than other places I've been to but the quality and service is completely worth it and even then its not that expensive. They are cash only like most nail places so remember to bring your cash! I can't recommend these guys enough and they are now my go-to nail place! :) They also do BIAB!”
