Had some lovely staff member come up to me asking if I need help, allowed me to try on loads of shoes till i found the right ones as i have lymphoedema and shoes that fit properly can be really hard to find. He advised me on the best shoes for me and whether they would help. After I had decided, he took them straight to the till where they sorted it all out fast for me. “JD Sports has a really good range of trainers, sportswear, and casual clothes, with lots of popular brands all in one place. The store is well stocked and laid out nicely, so it’s easy to browse and find what you want. The staff were helpful and polite, which made the shopping trip smooth. The only downside is that prices can be a little high, and at busy times the store can feel a bit crowded. Other than that, it’s a solid place to shop if you’re after the latest styles and branded gear. Overall, a very good store with a wide selection and good service — worth a visit if you’re looking for quality sportswear.”

“I was assisted by a very helpful and polite member of staff called “James”. Nothing was too much effort for him and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. He is a true credit to your team.”

“I needed to exchange my brand new pair of women's Nike trainers in white, for black ones, which my son had purchased for me from JD in Telford, as a gift. And so I phoned JD in Sutton. From start to finish of our conversation, the lady was very precise in asking me the relevant info about the product to be exchanged and within minutes, was able to confirm that they had the size and colour of my preference. I was over the moon. And so it was when I arrived at the shop. The young lady at the till didn't waste any time in punching the figures from my original till receipt into the till ... no time-wasting questions, no ifs or buts and before I knew it, she was handing me the black trainers which was neatly set aside behind her with a note stuck to it for my collection. The entire process, very much like the phone conversation, was a breeze, and handled very expertly and pleasantly yet professionally. Double whopper I thought, and decided to add to this experience by shopping for another pair for a friend. The young staff members present in the shop immediately set into action to get me the size I'd asked for as it wasn't on display. And they got it pretty quickly. All were efficient, helpful, pleasant ... ensuring I, the customer, had an overall satisfactory experience. And I did, due to which I felt encouraged to get a second pair from the same shop. And it was on offer! Customer service certainly matters and this group of young ones did a great job in accomplishing it. The shop itself may be seemingly small yet it had more than enough varied selections of shoes, sportswear, accessories etc. Thank you and well done to JD Sutton Team. I'll be back :)”
