“I was impressed at the level of customer service I received when I visited the Tamworth store, the staff were very friendly and super attentive to me and my families needs. We were all dressed quite well as we has just left a local Christian meeting, I don't know if that was a factor, but impressive non the less.”

“Fantastic service. I went in to look for bookshelves to compliment some furniture I already have. I already had measurements and photos of what I needed it to go with. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she showed me some that matched my requirements and helped me to narrow it down to what was the best fit. I needed to go home and look at what changes I would need to make to accomodate the best option. There was no hard sell. I returned later and double checked on colour and the size then went ahead with my order. No pressure from staff at all just friendly and very helpful. I went to the Tamworth Store and would highly recommend them.”

I purchased online, and it turned out I bought from Millets, after Blacks were unable to supply, this was back in May, but no problem they exchanged for two new ones, and refunded on my CC immediately. My thanks to the Manager for his excellent service.”

“Poundland really good store to go to great prices and staff are very friendly and nice only thing is would be great if each store could actually keep and eye on disabled parking or have someone dictate to that as job like a parking enforcement meter because people are abusing the disabled parking parking there just waiting to pick someone up or parking there so they can go shopping yet again the amount of cars I seen just parking in the disabled parking because nothing gets done about it they act like it’s a perk is disabled people have and it’s not it’s to make things easier for us but no point in having it when you got stuck up people abusing and don’t actually care the amount time I had to say something to people and they really don’t care they ignore you it’s disgusting it does need to be sorted out but other than this Poundland really good place to shop”

“Brilliant pharmacy, the only one I will use in Tamworth. They even called me when I accidently only paid for one prescription instead of 2 and gave me the chance to pay for it before receiving a fine. Staff are always friendly, happy to answer any questions and the wait is never too long.”
