“Fantastic. I went to take advantage of a "3 for £10" offer. Couldn't find one of the items. A member of staff,checked, and found that there weren't any in the designated freezer. He went to check on the next delivery date for me. He realised that there were some on the stock room and went and got me some. Definitely above and beyond. Very pleased indeed. I do shop occasionally at Iceland, but will go more often in future. Highly recommended and many thanks to that staff member and his colleague for being so very helpful.”

“Lovely place, really convenient in the middle of Bradford City Centre (top), extremely friendly staff with a warm welcoming, really cheap for a full breakfast considering the current cost of living crisis. “Well after being messed around by m and s call centre telling me misleading info . By the time we got to exchange some holiday money I was positively at the end of my rope. Any way enough bad here's the good . Money exchange with Connie cupcake she saw I was not a happy bunny she assured me this can happen even though it was nearly closing . Great attitude great customer service from Connie . Honestly this girl is such a people person she needs to be heading up the happy team at m and s so bubbly funny and honest she turned a mare of a day into pure joy. Thanks Connie what an exciting experience we had with you . 10/10.”

“A consistently good experience at the Halifax M&S. It's always busy, which speaks to its popularity, but there is always lots of stock on the shelves. It's a good-sized shop with a brilliant range. We especially love the Food Hall, there's always something nice for tea! Highly recommended for reliable quality and choice.”

“A beautiful, very inviting space, with very friendly staff; best Polish store I've seen in the UK. Amazing choices of meat and cheese from the deli counter, too. When, unable to read Polish, I was at a loss while looking for a particular item, one of the very helpful ladies there showed me what I wanted.”

“A Vast variety of products for your house or going out, best for party or birthdays make sure you pay a visit to this cheap grocery store and have all you need with a barging deal, ( attention the stuff is not best friendly if they don't know you or even worste if you look dogie bcz of the area) but for the rest friendly stuff and always available for helping you dont be afraid to ask”

“An incident happened today in store in the self serve area where a lady was putting her purchase in her shopping bag and the bag broke, The poor lady burst into tears I consoled her as she just broke her bottle of champagne and that was the straw that broke the camels back. And this lovely sainsbury lady staff member came over told her not to worry and replaced the damaged item. I want Sainsbury management to know she was brilliant caring and consoled the lady customer. Verbal bouquet to this lovely staff member. And to sainsbury management you need to put a little something in her Christmas stocking. As a on looker who deals with customer for years she was exceptional. Hence why I'm writing this.”

“I absolutely LOVE this shop !! It's really extended its range so all the fresh and frozen you could wish for. I've been an avid Big Brand supermarket shopper for years and still use them as they've some products and an excellent money saving app which I use to buy with on every visit but have Heron Food upped their game or what ?? I've worked in catering off and on for years so think I know my food and was also employed as the Kitchen Manager of a local and very busy café so think I know my food !! I love cooking in all it's forms and am getting far more adventurous with what I buy and also eat especially now I've got the time to do this plus I've been Pescatarian for over 30 years so my choice going back years was far more limited than it is now. I always used to batch cook when my daughter was at school as I worked full time so a frozen meal straight from the freezer not only saves you time but you know exactly what's gone into it and don't need to get 2 portions of ready made or chilled for one of our bitter winter nights. They don't close until 7pm, have excellent reductions if you're in there at the right time and the most helpful staff ever, they've been brilliant EVERY time I've been in and are a really amusing team to chat to from the moaning till lad to the Manager. I said I'd sack him if he was mine and he actually looked hopeful but I think it's a bit of a standing joke between them !! If they were mine I'd double all of their salaries because they do get some awkward customers, work long hours and do everything from shelf filling, till to cleaning the whole shop properly after working a long & hard day. Thank you for a brilliant choice, excellent prices and Salt O' the Earth staff !! Marks out of 10 ?? A very easy 15 :-))”

“Good for top up shopping . It's a bit more expensive than the big Supermarkets but gives back more on the club card than they do. This accumulates and you can sometimes pay for your shopping with it once it has built up, which doesn't take to long. Quality goods, but not as much variety as the bigger supermarkets. It is convenient as you don't have to travel far .”
