I was very impressed with her knowledge of the products, and she asked a couple of questions to better understand exactly what I needed and wanted. She was then able to recommend a pair which I bought and I’ve been very happy with, at just the right price point. In an age when it’s so easy and convenient to buy online, I’ve been reminded how much nicer it is, and in some ways, a better experience, to buy in-person.”

I called Asda Pharmacy and discussed this with a female employee, she advised me of what to do. I followed her advice and eventually was able to collect an emergency supply. The two members of staff (male and female) were great, really courteous and kind. They helped me out immensely and turned the situation into a positive experience.”
