What surprised me most was how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but as soon as I started looking at the various options in store, an assistant came straight up and offered to help. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the products, and she asked a couple of questions to better understand exactly what I needed and wanted. She was then able to recommend a pair which I bought and I’ve been very happy with, at just the right price point. In an age when it’s so easy and convenient to buy online, I’ve been reminded how much nicer it is, and in some ways, a better experience, to buy in-person.”
