“The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. Thanks again!”

The meat counter is the cleanest I’ve ever seen . Every Friday a fishmonger is to be found selling fresh fish at great prices . The displays of fruit & veg are always very well presented . They have a massive selection of everything .”

“I went to get my reversing camera replaced and it turns out it wasn't working due to faulty wiring which they repaired for a lot less than the cost of a new camera. They could easily have ripped me off by changing the camera, charging me a lot more, and I would never have known or questioned it. A few weeks earlier I had taken it to a nationally well known car product company who told me the camera had definitely packed up and needed replacing along with the wiring. The camera is working again as good as new.”

“The RSPCA Halifax was really helpful and understanding about the dog we had chosen. The staff helped us chose the correct training leads and the harness for her. They explained to us how to look after her feeding pattern as she was underweight. Also if we had any problems they offered afrercare all we had to do was ring them up. Most professional. We would recommend them.”
