“The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. From the first moment of stepping into Steve’s shop in Brighouse, we felt a true and genuine interest in designing a kitchen that was exactly right for us. A fantastically refreshing approach in which Steve tried to understand us rather than just sell us a kitchen, and a process in which we felt investing in as people, and the results were better than either of us could have imagined. Steve challenged our thinking in the right places, to ensure we had the right design and gave us food for thought on aspects that would have never crossed our minds. The partnership and collaboration paid such amazing dividends. The other aspect to highlight incredibly positively was that when we encountered glitches in the manufacturing (no fault of Steve’s) his proactive and attentive response was first class - if only all companies and service providers took such personal responsibility. We cannot complement Steve highly enough for his skill, the pride he takes in his work, his investment in his customers as people and his unwavering commitment to the highest quality and standards - it’s clear he loves his work and we would recommend him and Masterclass to anyone.”

I mentioned i was looking to try my hand at loom weaving and she spent time showing me how the different sizes change the look of the finished item (im a total novice) and gave me loads of hints and tips on how to set it up etc. Its clear she really knows her stuff and loves what shes doing. I bought a few ready prepped kits to have a go at. I have done the first one today - a bracelet - I found the instructions really clear to follow and I now have a lovely bracelet. Honestly this shop is a hidden gem I am so happy I went in. Thank you.”
