“Fabulous staff when we visited - patient and helpful. Great guidance and recommendations. Store was pretty well-stocked so we got everything we were after in one hit. A handful of good deals available too.”

“My favourite place to brunch. The Farmhouse Breakfast is lovely, myself and my son always love to get that, and my mum and other son are big fans of the fluffy pancakes. The portions are generous and the quality is amazing. The food menu is value for money. I always judge whether to visit a breakfast spot by the sausages on offer because decent butchers sausages always tell me the food will be good because the establishment cares about quality and the sausages here are proper butchers sausage. (I did ask for well done scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage on the accompanying image). I notice they have vegetarian options too. I've been here so many times now and it never disappoints. I always book in advance online with the easy to use booking system as they can get too busy for walk ins (shows how great they are) and I always ask to sit at the window (table 10/11/12/13) which overlooks the countryside view. You also get bookings for 1.5 hours so no rush to eat and get out. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly whilst remaining professional. Would highly recommend and continue to return time and time again.”

“The Co-op in Greetland is a great place to grab those last minute items you forgot. I find that there’s always ample parking .The staff are always very friendly . The shelves seem to be well stocked the many times I’ve been to grab a few bits and piece’s . It’s also really handy having the cash machine inside too . Also you can get your parcels delivered here from certain retailer’s . I’ll be definitely using the Co-Op in greetland as always .”

“I absolutely LOVE this shop !! It's really extended its range so all the fresh and frozen you could wish for. I've been an avid Big Brand supermarket shopper for years and still use them as they've some products and an excellent money saving app which I use to buy with on every visit but have Heron Food upped their game or what ?? I've worked in catering off and on for years so think I know my food and was also employed as the Kitchen Manager of a local and very busy café so think I know my food !! I love cooking in all it's forms and am getting far more adventurous with what I buy and also eat especially now I've got the time to do this plus I've been Pescatarian for over 30 years so my choice going back years was far more limited than it is now. I always used to batch cook when my daughter was at school as I worked full time so a frozen meal straight from the freezer not only saves you time but you know exactly what's gone into it and don't need to get 2 portions of ready made or chilled for one of our bitter winter nights. They don't close until 7pm, have excellent reductions if you're in there at the right time and the most helpful staff ever, they've been brilliant EVERY time I've been in and are a really amusing team to chat to from the moaning till lad to the Manager. I said I'd sack him if he was mine and he actually looked hopeful but I think it's a bit of a standing joke between them !! If they were mine I'd double all of their salaries because they do get some awkward customers, work long hours and do everything from shelf filling, till to cleaning the whole shop properly after working a long & hard day. Thank you for a brilliant choice, excellent prices and Salt O' the Earth staff !! Marks out of 10 ?? A very easy 15 :-))”

“Upon stumbling upon this company, I've never had any issues, they're a great company. Always able to get you majority of the things you request! It's fairly easy to find if you go to the shop and you'll be greeted by welcoming staff. There are a few admin team as well which are always happy to take your orders if you choose online so although on occasions there have been issues with online delays but it's pretty usual for it to get resolved when there are issue.”

“I really hope I've got the right store because the lovely manager and an equally, lovely assistant went above and beyond for me today in store. It's the second time in 2days that the manager has been a huge help. Yesterday, unbeknown to me, she spotted me struggling to carry my purchases (only went in for a couple of things originally lol) and she appeared from nowhere, with a basket for me. So lovely and helpful. And the young lady assistant that did so much for me today, thank you so much. Wish there were more like you. I'll definitely be shopping more regularly here because of you both ♥️”

“An incident happened today in store in the self serve area where a lady was putting her purchase in her shopping bag and the bag broke, The poor lady burst into tears I consoled her as she just broke her bottle of champagne and that was the straw that broke the camels back. And this lovely sainsbury lady staff member came over told her not to worry and replaced the damaged item. I want Sainsbury management to know she was brilliant caring and consoled the lady customer. Verbal bouquet to this lovely staff member. And to sainsbury management you need to put a little something in her Christmas stocking. As a on looker who deals with customer for years she was exceptional. Hence why I'm writing this.”

“Great place to shop, always a wide variety of fresh produce to choose from. I love the middle Isles and can take me 30 mins to navigate them. Staff are very warm and welcoming, an absolute credit to Lidl and it's store due to the level of customer service that they provide customers.”
