Tom took time to restore the component to fully functioning condition and, recommended that I myself undertake future maintenance on a regular basis. Tom was extremely polite and friendly as well as efficient and knowledgeable. The identification and rectification of the problem almost certainly saved me from buying a new appliance, and therefore wasting hundreds of pounds -- so the price of Tom's expertise was very good value for money!”
