“I recently placed on an online order with A Coombs pet centre. I'm so impressed. I'm usually a bit nervous ordering from smaller companies but the delivery, speed and customer service was amazing. My cat has a condition and the vet gave me some recommendations for food for my fussy cat. I like that they sell some of these more unusual monoprotein/hypoallergenic cat foods which seem hard to find online. They also sell the hills and royal canin wet foods in bulk and by the sachet/tin and it seems rare that companies sell by the sachet/tin and this is so helpful to try before you buy in bulk. I actually found them by asking chat GPT to find a retailer that sold all the foods I needed to purchase. I emailed them on a Saturday morning with a query and they got back to me within an hour, I placed an order about 9am and my order had arrived by 2pm the following day to Cornwall! That was with the free delivery. I'm really impressed and will be ordering from them again in the future.”

“Our little Italian Greyhound Whippet cross hates getting her nails clipped but all the staff at Brighton Pet Spa were very understanding, persistent and caring and got the job done! Highly recommend and will be back to get our pooches claws trimmed.”

Great array of fish, knowledgable and friendly staff, an awesome place for all of your aquatic needs. Each time i've been it has been quite busy, so be patient when waiting for assistance. I also bought some trea5s for the kittens, while I was waiting. The shop has a large variety of products for dogs, cats, rabbits, and aquarium fish.”

“I can’t recommend Anna at Fluffies & Friends highly enough. She is so kind and caring and I just knew instantly she would look after my piggies well. Their enclosure was kept clean, they had time in the grass run and I received daily updates/photos. 5* i will be booking them in for future holidays. Thank you!”

The Nurse Cara was so calm and kind that my dog even allowed her to place a cannula and was comfortable for the appointment. The very rang as promised to explain the results and a treatment plan. “A great selection of items to buy, i was looking for treats for our 2 dogs as well as my daughters hamster and was able to find and buy what i needed. The store was bright and clean and the staff member on the checkout checked if i needed any assistance and then left me to browse. The staff member was friendly and welcoming when i came to pay for my items. I will definitely return.”

“I seem to be visiting the vets way too often for my liking, I have 2 dogs and they seem to take turns not being well. As always the team are compassionate towards my pets, are thorough and are happy to spend the time diagnosing and explaining my options. Whilst not cheap (what vet is?) they try to minimise where possible the costs incurred. I love having a local vet a couple of minutes away with a 24 hr emergency also on my doorstep should the need arise (which it has more than once). For these reasons for me it is good value for peace of mind.”

“Always have a variety of reptile food and accessories and is super local for me. Staff are always polite, helpful and really friendly. Prefer to buy from them than online reptile stores”

“Took our Staffordshire Bull Terrier for a health check. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were seen on time by a veterinary nurse. A full health check was completed, very caring and thorough. She listened and put our dog at ease which made the whole process easy. Thank you.”

“I've been here many times in the past but not for the last 2 years we recently got a puppy and he had her injection here the vet was very good and receptionist for the vet really nice and welcoming. After we saw the vet, we had a good look around and bought some stuff for the puppy, all the stuff is very competitively priced. We will definitely be going back to the Hailsham store again.”
