I started using Topps after buying 4 boxes of tiles from B&Q of which only 3 tiles were unflawed! Got refund obvs and cycled across to Newhaven Topps instead! Topps tiles are all perfect, such great quality and gorgeous modern selection of designs Delivery is rather expensive, so try to get from your local store”

“I don't know much about roofing but was trying to do a repair of a small strip of epdm plus a loose tile - the team on the counter were brilliant, providing all the materials I needed from my rubbish descriptions. Even rang their fascia supplier to see if they stocked the size I needed to save me the call/trip. Can't recommend highly enough :-) (If only all customer experiences were this positive)”

The team were excellent from Matt in the showroom, who helped design and sort out the bathroom fittings and to Grant/Lance team who fitted/tiled and decorated the bathroom, they made the refit so easy for us, they were timely, clean and tidy, a lovely group of workers.
