Had a fairly simple repair (bike chain replacement) on an old bike, and she was more than happy to do this for us despite us not having a booking. She also recommended us some oils for maintaining the bike which have been very useful. Overall, super knowledgeable staff with lots of experience - will definitely be back if (when!) my old relic of a bike has a problem again haha”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Last week, while replacing one of the wheels on my sons car, one of the wheel studs snapped off. I called them at midday and asked if they were able to repair it asap as I needed to return to Staffordshire that evening. Thankfully, they were able to source the parts quickly and got the job done the same afternoon. Also, while replacing the stud, they found a couple of other issues which required replacement parts and were able do those at the same time. All good 10/10”

I had no success with my insurance company, but luckily we managed to limp the car along to the garage, where we parked in the MOT bay with a note and email explaining. My partner's brother in law was our saviour & took us to the airport in time. We contacted Barry while on holiday and arranged for the key to be dropped off so that he could diagnose, and ultimately fix the problem. We collected the car on our return from holiday, and enjoyed a laugh with Barry and John. Will definitely use again - many thanks for being so accommodating!”

“Took my car in for an MOT and 4 wheel alignment. I always find MOT time to be pretty stress inducing so the good service and friendly face at reception was appreciated. Cost was very reasonable, the MOT failed on headlight alignment and emissions but the headlight was adjusted and the tester spent the time to warm up the cat to get it through emissions. Also noted down a couple of things to advise on that weren't testable/not logged as MOT advisories which is appreciated. They seem to be pretty busy so better to book in before you receive any MOT reminder. The car park opposite is free if you are worried about where to park.”
