“Rang just before they closed on Thursday absolutely desperate as my windscreen washers had failed on me and it was freezing temperatures with a lot of salt on the roads. Lady I spoke to got me in straight away Friday, dropped the car off first thing Friday morning and had a call around half 11 with the job completed and the failed motor replaced. Cannot fault the service and the price was also reasonable, BMW couldn’t get me in until Monday and they quoted a lot more than what I paid for the work to be done just to diagnose the issue. Credit to the guys at DMS, lady on reception was very friendly and was extremely helpful.”

“The AA brought my broken down car to this nearest approved garage out of hours - I had little choice. They struggled to find anywhere to park it - I was concerned for the safety of the vehicle. On top of that, the next day I looked at the garage ratings and was even more concerned. However, from beginning to end the service was excellent. Very timely, helpful and friendly communication from reception throughout. Fair price. Car is repaired and retrieved.”

“Cannot thank these people enough, I had tracking done at a previous tyre place and they were cowboys as it was not done properly it was a waste of money as I tried to go back to them 3 times to correct it and it still was not done properly. I came here the manager was very helpful and there was a young black guy who did the tracking and I have to say I was more than impressed as it was right first time and I saw the difference immediately, they also explained that the tyre place Sams Tyres in Easton has been common for this error and they have had a lot of customers that has come to them to correct the mistakes which shows that tyre place was cowboys for tracking. So if I need tracking done again, I know where to come to. Please find one picture before the tracking was done by this place and another picture of when it was done and the difference in the steering.”
