“the First Day Opening of Coop Caldicot After Renovation I had the pleasure of visiting the newly renovated Coop in Caldicot on its reopening day, and it’s truly impressive! The store has been completely transformed, with a clean, modern, and spacious design that is a vast improvement from its previous look. One of the exciting additions is the Costa Coffee machine, which makes grabbing a quick coffee while shopping so convenient. Combined with the in-store Post Office, the Coop now offers a perfect blend of practicality and comfort, making it a one-stop shop for errands and refreshments. The new layout is well-thought-out, making it easier to browse, and the fresh, stylish interiors create a welcoming atmosphere. Customers were clearly thrilled with the changes—there was a real buzz of excitement, with many commenting on how much better the store looks now. Overall, the Coop in Caldicot has outdone itself with this renovation. The improved design, added services like the Post Office and Costa Coffee machine, and the bright, clean ambiance make it a fantastic addition to the community. Highly recommended to check it out!”

“This pharmacy is so amazing! Nothing is ever to much trouble. There is one particular lady that works here, she is so lovely. She deals with the beauty products within the store (I don't know her name) but we always have a good chat about the nails inc products and Kenfay skin products. And today she made my day very special. Customer service is fantastic. Also, products within the store are so reasonably priced. I've been to other pharmacies and supermarkets that charge double on some of the same items. Highly recommend. X”

“Great Co-op food shop, carrying plenty of food and essential items. Much more than we expected. Located in the centre of town with nearby car parks and a short term stop right outside, which was great when raining. Staff are super friendly and items are easy to find and well labeled.”

“Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it. Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.”
