“Ignore the other reviews. I've always had a really good experience when I've been into this Coop, it has been organised, clean and the staff have always been very willing to help me. Recently a member of staff, Ben (I believe), went above and beyond to help me out as I had an issue with something regarding the Hermes drop-off point. He kindly assisted me in any way he could, and saved me a lot of hassle. Overall - the 50 or so times I've been in this store: I've never had an issue. Perhaps a longer, more contextualised review from the 4, 3, 2 and 1 star reviewers might help convince me to think anything different from what I do. I don't feel they're justified. Don't be put off.”

“I regularly use marksbury co op and garage and have always found the staff courteous and pleasant. I have actually walked in on customers regularly mouthing off to the staff for little things like having to wait for a costa coffee whilst it was being refilled with milk. Absolutely pathetic, if customers give a little thanks and polite words to the staff they would be amazed at how it would be reciprocated, I think it's just called being pleasant, try it sometime!”

I was trying to look for cream that would be great for my face duo, to that it often get's very dry throughout the week. Louise [ Store Manager ] found me "Coco Butter", which has given moisture to my face drastically since putting it on my skin this morning [ 21/05/2025 ]. Elementary, I write to express my sincere appreciation & gratitude for Louise [ Store Manager ] . She delivers time after time, an incredibly high professional & competent customer service experience, which she provided in both a friendly and accessible manner. In addition, Louise [ Store Manager ] is incredibly "attentive" every time I come to Superdrug Southgate, Bath & goes to great lengths to check on how my day had gone, which is what makes a "curated" high quality customer experience in my view. Louise [Store Manager ] always produces an extremely satisfying customer experience from start to finish, for which I will always be grateful for. “I had an issue with an order placed through Deliveroo where the wrong order was delivered to me and Deliveroo was refusing to refund/redeliver to me despite me providing all the evidence to them that I had received the wrong order - anyway, after speaking directly to store manager Andy, he agreed to personally re-deliver the order himself and also threw in a box of chocolates to apologise for the situation so I am extremely grateful for that.”
