“This shop is a little gem in the arcade. The variety of products in beautiful African printed fabrics is amazing. I settled for this lampshade (£30) but I’ll be going back for cushions, notebooks, jewellery, greetings cards, maybe some clothes - it would be a great place for buying gifts. Everything has a luxury feel but is still reasonably priced. Also a really friendly vibe.”

“My sister and i were visiting Bath for the Christmas Market yesterday and popped into your shop where we both bought a few items of clothing. All the ladies that served us were kind, helpful and full of enthusiasm. When we visit Bath again we will definitely be making your shop a "must do".”

“Wonderful find tucked away in a residential area 10-15 walk from the town center and train station. Stayed in the twin room which was beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. The en-suite had a good shower. It was very quiet at night, so we had a great nights sleep. The manager is very friendly, and breakfast is superb. Would definitely stay here again. The B&B is a converted house, so clothing and luggage storage space in the room was a little limited. This was fine for a short stay with overnight bags, but would have been a bit cramped if we were traveling with larger luggage.”

“I've had numerous services done at this salon, all done by the incredible Lewis. I have never had a hair stylist as fantastic as him, and my hair always feels like silk when I leave, and my confidence is back. I have very thick, curly hair, and as most women with curly hair, I like to get it straightened. Previously it's been damaged by other hair stylists during the process, and was left all crunchy and dry. Then I found Lewis. Lewis has revitalised my hair, left it soft, shiny and full, and on every visit he has always been able to provide poker straight hair without damaging my hair or my curls afterwards. I have since had hair dyes done with him, going red and purple, and have my hair feathered often. I have sometimes even gone in with a vague idea of what I wanted and put myself in his capable hands - always a 10/10 review. No one will ever touch my hair besides him, and I will regularly drive from York to get my hair done every couple of months, as I've never found a more perfect hair stylist.”

“We have just enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Leighton House Hotel. The room was brilliant (15), the staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent both days. The walk into the city centre was easy and only 10-15 minutes. Coming back is definitely a taxi ride. But we would thoroughly recommend staying in this beautiful and well appointed hotel”

“If you ever wanted to explore bath and have a great room and an incredible breakfast, this is your place. We walked to town, which is about a mile away, although you can get a cab if you want. There's so much to explore the Roman baths and a real life Roman bath set up called "THERMAE" for you to have all the amenities that the Romans would've enjoyed.”
