“The virtual fitting service while the shop is closed is fantastic, my daughter needed her first pair of shoes and Tanya was able to give us the reassurance we needed that the shoes fitted well. The website guidance for how to measure at home was easy to follow and Tanya came around the next day with a variety of sizes and styles to try. We now have a very happy girl who is extremely proud of her shoes! Also always had a great experience in the Clifton shop when we have been in with my son. Thank you!”

“Kept forgetting to leave a review - we were served by Danielle a few weeks ago and she was absolutely lovely and super knowledgable. Had a fairly simple repair (bike chain replacement) on an old bike, and she was more than happy to do this for us despite us not having a booking. She also recommended us some oils for maintaining the bike which have been very useful. Overall, super knowledgeable staff with lots of experience - will definitely be back if (when!) my old relic of a bike has a problem again haha”

Liv & Liz are always so personal and friendly, willing to go the extra mile and offer advice any time! We were recognised from the second time we set foot in the shop and Liv's knowledge of the children of Chepstow and the surrounding area and the toys they love best is extremely impressive!! Always try to buy here instead of online as they are such a fantastic shop with wonderful values and great quality! Highly recommend!”

“Last Friday 29th of July 2022, I turned up at Mandco Midsomer Norton at 8.55am. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door touching her watch as I was early. She was joking and kindly opened for a very flustered customer! ME!! I informed them I had a wedding in Nottingham that day and my outfit I ordered on line was not right! Both ladies showed their empathy & professionalism and I left the shop 30 minutes later with dress, fascinator shoes and earrings all for an amazing price as it was in the sale. I can not thank these ladies enough and I have forgotten their names sorry I hope they know who they are though and again thank you and I will be back x”

“Excellent, I ordered a pair of Merrell walking shoes online on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. I was a bit wary of ordering online as I have had a bad experience previously with another company, and prefer to visit the store if possible, but I didn't need to worry. The ordering process was really easy. I received a confirmation email when the shoes were dispatched, and I was able to track the delivery online. The shoes were a great price, and are a good fit, comfortable straight from the box.”

“I searched for a local lingerie shop to get a fitting and purchase some bras. The shop itself is clean and well laid out, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. I was taken into a pretty changing room and brought an array of bras one at a time to try on and gage what size I was. Each bra fit perfectly after we established what size I required. The lady attending to me has an eye for fashion and what suited my frame. Unfortunately, the bras were outside of my current budget, but despite that the lady serving me was absolutely lovely, informed me about their gift card options and treated me with dignity. Fantastic service and lovely service staff. Once I'm in a position to treat myself I intend to visit again.”
