What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A booking error meant a double room had been reserved instead of a twin, but the team went above and beyond to fix it – bending over backwards to sort out a twin room on the spot and save the booking. If you’re planning a night out in Bristol and want good value accommodation with first-class customer service, this is a top choice.”

“Really lovely staff. Two guys who were working this morning were kind and helpful. And the guy who worked last night was friendly and helpful too. Good facilities. Great rooms that are rather modern and rustic. Quite loud at times due to night life and having a bar and activity area below. The rooms have good facilities and are very modern, however my room smelt like leather cleaner… wasn’t a huge fan of that but I’m sure others might like it. My toilet was also was slightly dirty when I arrived but I understand you can’t expect them to be spotless everywhere.”

“I had a lovely evening here. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The menu is flexible, and the dishes can be customised. The food was delicious. I had the Pad Thai, and it was lovely. The dishes arrive separately, so if there is a group dining, some dishes might take longer to arrive.”

“Had the best time in Game today and was helped by the lovely Damon. He didn't hesitate to assist in finding a new headset & switch games, with much knowledge to kindly bestow upon us when we were unsure. Damon rocks! Everyone should shop here☺️”

“Nevwr been before, parking was easy as we had repaid. The day was fine and stuff going on all day. Lots of places to eat and drink and rides and enough to keep the kids entertained. The night was very busy though and took a while to get to food vendors. One criticism wasnt enough toilets for the event and they were looked after. Otherwise was a good day and would def go again.”

“Stayed for one night and had a nice, spacious room looking out onto the river. I liked the modern ambience of my room, however the bed was a bit too hard for my liking and I could hear a lot of noise coming from the riverside and the corridors, so it didn't seem like it was very well soundproofed. However I still managed to get a good nights sleep, probably more because I'd already had quite a few beers lol, so these issues were just minor. However the best thing about this hotel is the city centre location. Nicely perched on the riverside and just mere seconds to all the nice craft beer pubs on King Street. Will stay again!”

“Easy ordering and the service is fast. Not too many places to sit around and enjoy it, however. Their boba is chewy and their jellies are nice and poppy. They use real fruit and give you 25p off your order if you use their reusable cup. That means you'll break even at 34 cups of boba. You can decide whether or not that's worth it for you.”

“We chose this hotel due to it's location near Bristol Temple Meads, it is directly in front of it. It is though a well run hotel, friendly staff and we found the rooms clean, great WiFi and although they are a little old, comfortable and cosy. An easy walk to many attractions you can arrive by train or car and walk to SS Great Britain or St Nicholas Markets or the many restaurants and pubs. A really good breakfast and the bar is quite nice also. A great stay.”

“Amazing place to take the family. It is very spacious and has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The only problem is that it is in a bit of a awkward place. Other than that, I highly recommend going here.”

“Bus stop for the Falcon or Megabus service to Plymouth bus station and places in between (FALC) used December 2025 No real time information on this stop so either look on the Megabus/Falcon app if you can or google maps for this stop Megabus/Falcon starts and finished from here No toilets nearby unless you go to the galleries”
