Cannot recommend their wireless headphones enough for the gym, durable, long battery, good audio and they stay firmly on your head, comfortably”

“Hosts were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. Cooked breakfast was second to none, with high quality ingredients. Rooms were clean, spacious, warm. Beds were very comfy. Location only 5 minutes by car to Keynsham train station. Plenty of car parking on site. Relatively quiet, despite being on a main road.”

Access from lift to door looks like trashy council estate. Screaming kids outside so.had to keep windows shut and boil. Compared to Radcliffe St this was a dump we prefer the human touch not Virtual rubbish. Being forced to park in the Galleries overnight having to cart luggage all over the place and not being able to relax .....shoddy”

“A wonderful. magical store. Joyce Main is a real joy and has an exceptional eye for detail and what suits each person. I only went in to the store for a cami top and got swept away with all the beautiful, shimmering dresses. I was all ready to buy this gorgeous midnight blue number when Joyce very kindly and professionally asked if I would like some help. She was honest and made suggestions on other styles that would better suit me. I would have happily spent hundreds on a couple of dresses because I loved the look. However, Joyce was very honest in explaining why they would maybe not suit me and we looked at other styles. As a small business owner I relish this honesty and even if it means a customer may not purchase that day, they know they are getting a good service and it is better to wait until the right product (clothes in this case) comes along, rather than telling someone something looks amazing when it doesn't. Joyce helped me rethink my style and what clothes and cut suits me. I was so thrilled and amazed. It was like a whole new lease of life. All these years I had been wearing fit and flare style dresses that can make me look larger. Joyce guided me towards the slimline maxi styles that really slimmed my body down and made me feel amazing. I live in Devon but would go back to Cabot Circus just to see Joyce and have a styling session with her. Joyces' approach is fun and friendly, she remained calm when she had numerous customers all vying for her attention. The other ladies in store were stunning and really open and welcoming too. This is one of the best shopping experiences I have EVER had.”

“A lovely little place right on the edge of Cabot. Usual Caffe Nero stuff, but friendly service, and usual great coffee. Plenty of seats outside, which is quite surprising for where it is. It's opposite maccies ... I'll often get food from there, but sit to have it with a great coffee! If you're that side of things and need a brew, pop in, you'll be very welcomed Don't forget to use your stamp card or app”

The staff were polite and welcoming, which added to the positive impression. I think Costa does a great job of combining quality products with a pleasant environment. “First of all want to start by saying a big thank you to all of the staff working tonight. It was quite busy as the Christmas market is on and the new m&s has just opened, and they were very understaffed with only three of them on the floor and one on the bar. Unfortunately with this, comes a lot of complaints. However when me and my mum walked in we were told straight away about the 30-40 minute wait. We didn’t mind waiting as we were set on having food here as it has been years. Our order was taken fairly quickly all things considered and we already knew about the wait so we really didn’t mind sitting and chatting. When our food came out mine was hot but my mums burger wasn’t. She informed the manager and with no complaints it was fixed almost instantly with a fresh load of chips too which was very kind! After my mum got the second burger she said it was lush! I had the chicken parm and it was delicious! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever as it was a simple easy fix and no one was at fault due to being understaffed. Towards the end of our meal we got talking to Dilan, who was serving us the whole time but didn’t have time to stop at chat, working in hospitality i completely understand this whole situation! Dilan was so sweet and so friendly! We were talking about experiences in hospitality and how we felt for her as we know how this situation feels! Honestly an all around applause for Dilan and the two ladies she was working with (didn’t catch their names) for staying composed under pressure and pushing through it- because it’s not easy! Honestly what a great experience for a busy night!”
