“At last - an exceptional delivery company! When I had a problem with a delivery, it was great to find they had a real phone number, answered quickly by a real person. He understood the problem, resolved it and promised to email me the next day with the delivery time. Not only did he email me but he called me to check I had received the email and to give me an accurate delivery time! I was so impressed - particularly as I had spent half a day the week before just trying to find a phone number for Evri that would really be answered by a human and not a machine (I didn't succeed and in the end found a driver to help me). Everyone I spoke to at APC, from the man on the phone to the driver himself, was so friendly and helpful. This is how to run a delivery company! I wish companies would look at the reviews before deciding which company they use to deliver their goods. I won't use companies that send via Yodel EVER, and will only use those who send via Evri if the parcel isn't critical.”
