“Very nice clean shop, well stocked and excellently staffed. As I am a disabled person of colour I often find it hard shopping but was helped massively by the staff and even had my basket carried around and filled by a young female member of staff (her name escapes me). Thank you to the staff for being so kind and also keeping the store in such good condition!”
“I go to boots twice a week, great end of line sales. The only problem I have is the pharmacy. I collect medication twice a week,my prescriptions are sent days before i pick up.on the day my stuff is never ready, then I get staff lieing trying to cover there backs,it's a tad stupid”
“Visited on 28.02.2025 while shopping at Tesco. We purchased a few items both through the delivery point and also items for sale from a shelf. I was served by the manager who was very friendly and professional- Based on my visit I was very impressed with the branch.”
“If you are looking for a pair of Trainers or Shoes then this is the place to visit. Fabulous selection of both backed up with a very friendly service. They are located inside Leekes of Melksham. Whilst you are there visit their Cafe you will not be dissapointed.”
“We visited last Saturday and were served by a very personable man. I hadn't used Argos for ages as I hated their 'double queuing system' but they have removed the first queue by allowing us to order from the computer.”
“Last visit was positive glad that the barrier has been left open the last couple times i have been so haven't had to get threw everyone cueing up for sainsburys tills so can walk back out the way you came in especially with bigger items the barrier was never a good idea. Anyway the last visit i was served by Amy I have leaning difficulties and had a digital gift card i had no idea how to use and she was amazing at no point i felt pressured and she took the time to help me set the gift card up even when she wasn't sure she googled how to do it (wear as when i asked the 2 staff about the gift card a couple days before when i made the order they said they dont know about the gift card so probably dont accept it with no interest in trying to help) we got the card set up and when things went wrong when the till didn't accept the card and i was getting stressed she delt with it and we ended up trying the other till witch worked im so greatfull for her helping me its really nice to go in a shop and a member of staff has the patience and time to help people who need that extra bit of assistance with things. Having staffed tills still is really important i would never have managed on a self serve till and would have just left empty handed In the main part with the bit about previous staff experience i would have gave 3 stars but because the experience with Amy i have gave 5 stars”
“Heidi, who i believe is the branch manager, is amazing. She is always very helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to make my life easier whenever I shop at Argos. Thanks to her, I'm giving a 5 star rating.”
“Quick and simple, no wait to pick up my online order.”
